I've been doing gymnastics all my life, ive really enjoyed it and i got to squad, but my arm muscles have become weak and seeing as i need alot of strength in my arms i need ways of making my arms stronger and press ups r really hard for me, any other exercises?

I am looking to play a different ball next year. I bought a sleeve of Pro-v 's at the end of the season and really liked the bite they had around the greens, but I don't like the price tag. Recommend any good spin balls, preferably those that you have used and had success with. Bridgestone e5's?

sorry folks, but this funeral is already on 10 other channels. why does CBS feel the need to break away from a great football game so they can be the 11th channel to show it?

they pay for the exclusive broadcasting rights to show the Sun Bowl, and now it appears that the rest of the 2nd Quarter will be totally blacked out.. nobody is showing it..

Sorry folks, but us canadian football fans who like bowl games could care a less about political funerals..

anyone else agree that pulling the plug on the football game was a bad decision?

Since Shockey is out and Colston is unlikely to play much is there possibly a sleeper sitting in free agency? I know that question is kind of vague but just think of any TEs that haven't played well this season that might have a "great" game per se and are likely a FA. Like Shockey's replacement, any good?

Also I need to fill my W/R spot and have the option of Arlen Harris (sitting in Free Agency currently) against the Dal D. Any good over Muhs Muham, V. Jackson, or Mark Clayton? I know RBs usually fare better because they get more touches and Arlen is the starting RB for Detroit if that counts for anything when they're going against Dal.

Any suggestions?

I saw that teams like Rice and Troy were going to a Bowl game, even Minnesota (6-6). How do "they" determine who goes to a bowl game. Do you have to have a certain record. I saw that like 7-8 SEC teams went when only like 4 Pac 10 teams went. How do "they" decide

Every time they look like they are doing well they just seem to fall apart. Granted, they played some great teams in the playoffs last year, but the Hurricanes really took it to them. I am going to move out of Buffalo if they aren't able to hold it together. Maybe I'll be Carolina fan instead.
