Well while they were still employed by the WWE, Brian Lee, Charles Wright, and Rodney Anoa'i were his best friends (Chains, Godfather, and Yokozuna). But these days I can't say for sure. I do know that he and JBL are rather close because they are both members of the Wrestling Cort which is a backstage group of wrestlers who make sure the young guys get what they need (a lot of pranks). Also Randy Orton and Undertaker are very good friends because Taker was good friends with Cowboy Bob Orton. Kane is and Taker are also close but it is more of a friendship based on respect for each other. Taker is also a big drinker so I'm pretty sure him and Austin hang out together quite a bit. I can't think of anymore right now.

As a wedding gift to Sara, Calaway had his wife's name tattooed onto his throat and says this is the most painful tattoo he has ever had. His favorite tattoo is a thinking demon on his right arm. The Undertaker also has the initials B.S.K. on his abdominal area which stand for "Back Stage Krew" and/or "Brotherhood of Solitary Knights". The Back Stage Krew was a group of wrestlers that Undertaker had befriended including Charles Wright (best known as The Godfather), Rodney Anoa'i (Yokozuna) and Brian Lee (Chainz, Ted DiBiase's Undertaker).

I believe Undertaker's best friend is Brian Lee (Chainz, or the Fake Undertaker). He's not in WWE anymore but he was at one point. He was the best man at Undertaker's wedding to Sara.

JBL is actually his best friend outside of WWE. makes sense since they r both from Texas. I also heard that the guy who played fake taker was his best man @ his wedding

B.S.K(Back Stage Crew) they are Yokozuna,Brain Lee(Chainz, Ted dibaise's Undertaker) and The Godfather
did some research at wikipedia and that is why you see that tatoo across takers stomach B.S.K

outside the stadiums and stuff he aint aloud to go out much cuz he is usually dressed as a biker in real life but it would probaly be shawn michaels when he does go out
