If you go into a specialty store, they'll help you out. I got lots of help when I first started a few years ago from the guy at the store. He also set up my board perfectly.

Stand with your feet apart at shoulder width. Put your arms straight down pointing your fingers to the ground. Have someone measure from finger tip to finger tip and that is the exact size for board you will need because it is measured from foot stance.

Well..I'm 58 and my park board is a 157....you should go with a 148-152...the tip of the board should be about to your chin..neck area...

You are pretty light, so you want something fairly flexible. As for size, it should come up to your chin when holding it in front of you.
Hope that helps.

Stand it up, it should be from your collar bone to around nose level. Longer board means faster, btw.

when you stand it on end, your snowboard should be as tall as anywhere from your chin to your eyes.

hold up several different sizes and whatever one matches the height of your chin is what you should use.

I think it should be right about under your chin standing up.
