I understand them, and what they mean, but how many points are they worth.

Assume it's Fighter A vs. Fighter B.

What I'm asking is if Fighter A knocks out Fighter B, what's the score?

If Fighter A knocks down Fighter B, what's the score?

If Fighter A gets a technical knockout (he's the winner, not the guy who was knocked out), what's the score.

Also, does a bout mean a round, or the whole fight? And how many rounds are there in the whole fight?

Thanks!

if you are overweight, up in the years, and/or can only stand for short periods of time without looking for the nearest chair or sofa, how can you call yourself and athlete? according to wikipedia athletes are people who have ABOVE average levels in strengh, agility, and endurance...how do golfers qualify, when most of the time they use golf carts (if they can't walk...eye roll) to get from hole to hole, or have someone carry their bags for them (you know you don't need tough guys like golfers to wear themselves out between the holes), and alot of golfers are old, overweight, business men who drink and smoke while they play, and use the latest technology to help them with their distance/direction of their swing. many REAL sports have the aspects of human nature and instincts in them (running, jumping, lifting, wrestling/fighting, swimming) golf has a faint connection with the swing of the "heavy" clubs. someone give a real legit point to prove me wrong. Yes. It was a no-lose situation.
If he had stayed at heavy, fought and beat Tyson and Lewis, he'd have gone hands down as the greatest fighter ever.
If he fought and lost to those guys, no one would have held it against him and his legacy would have been intact.

Instead, like a lot of fighters before him, he defeated himself by letting his ego get the better of him, by taking the bait from Tarver and accepting Tarver's challenge at the post-Ruiz press conference.
The drastic loss of pure muscle, to make 175 again, destroyed him. It was evident he was in a lot of pain and distress the first time Tarver took him the distance.
We all know what happened in the rematch. And since then, let's face it, Roy has never been Roy again.
He made the foolish decision to move back down to 175, and now he's stuck there, trying to salvage a legacy as one of the greatest fighters in history, when he could have had a shot at being number one.
