I have never before been on a track team before and am giving it a try. I can run a mile in 7 minutes and am thinking about doing sprints. How can I set up a month long program to prepare me for the first practice?

i've been playing for a few months now and i see a slight improvment everytime i play. One thing i have relized is i can control my irons better. in other words, i can hit the ball further and straiter than my driver, 3wood, 5wood or hybrids. Is this normal or is this talent?

It was the funniest thing ever !!!!
Ok first it started as a typical show
these 2 old ladies were fighting over a man he was cheating on both of them - then after a while Jerry goes "Ok let's bring him out"

he came out and it was the Iron Sheik !!!!!!
but what made it so funny Jerry was trying to discuss the show topic asking him about the women and why he was cheating on them
but the Sheik was just going off about wrestling he was like "1973 I defeat Hulk Hogan in Madison Square Garden I am the greatest!!!"
Jerry kept trying to get him to stop talking about wrestling --it was hilarious!!!!

my team just won the city championship and im in middle school going to high school. i had about 825 passing yards on 27/32. but i didnt run and i was really slow. im 6-1 and stoill growing and i need to get faster inorder to improve as a qb. ummmmmm my current time is 5-9 whitch is very slow

Hey, I'm just getting started swimming. I know all the basics but have never been on a team. I am willing to put in a lot of time (at college) and effort, I want to get in shape. Does anyone with swim experience have any team workouts they can share? You might have to put kid gloves on the terminology. I don't want to just do a front crawl twice a day...

I don't know why they had to completely redo the whole controller layout (I have a PS2, so I don't know about the other systems) instead of just adding on to it. This new one is taking a while to get used to. What do you think?
