3 stages
RUnning
Jogging
WAlking
Runnig- times when both feet are off the ground and you are gliding
Jogging- 1 foot is always on the ground and the other is in the air. very slight gliding but foot when off the ground is as high as it would be if you were running
Walking- 1 foot on the ground the other heel on the ground
Runing uses calve muscle/ hamstring/ quad/psoads predominatley (so does jogging but not as stressed)
Walking uses predominately calves and shins
Running an walking have alot of arm movement jogging has less

Running is only one foot is on the ground at a time. So walk fast, but make sure both feet are touching when you step down.

Thats why Islam is the quickest growing to be faith. human beings rather open there eyes to ascertain it. Others, would desire to be shown the mild, yet won't look at it two times by using their blindness. yet nevertheless human beings are available crowds to revert to Islam :) ahimdillah. you comprehend its actual what they say, a rather good variety of persons tend to hate on the reality.
