Probably

"There is no I in team."

That's probably the most overused basketball phrase by coaches, but my personal favorite is from Magic Johnson:

"Ask not what your teammates can do for you, ask what you can do for your teammates.

Or by Tim Duncan:

"No one can ever be perfect, but striving for perfection is what separates the good players from the best".

That's all I know.

Former Lakers coach and current Heat coach Pat Riley's quote during the Laker's run at a back-to-back championships during the late 1980's

Riley said, "No rebounds, no rings."

This basically meant that they team needed to work as a whole, help each other on defense, and get possession of the basketball during games in order to them to reach their ultimate goal--the NBA championship.

Hope this helps.

"PRACTICE?!?! We're talking about practice. I mean listen, we're sitting here talking about practice, not a game, not a game, not a game, but we're talking about practice. Not the game that I go out there and die for and play every game last it's my last but we're talking about practice man."
