It finally seems that after years of dominance, the Colorado Avalanche are in trouble -- do they make the playoffs this year or not? Do you think they've made bad trades (Tanguay for Leopold, Drury for magic beans, etc.) or that they're a victim of the "new NHL?"

I mean that he saw the ball was in the air and going to Henry's foot, but Dida just stood there and waited for the ball to go in the goal instead of jumping or clobbering the ball from Henry's feet. The goal was very close range so there was no problem for that giant Dida to take the ball away. I am not bashing Dida in any way, because it the team's fault they could not score any goals. And the Brazil defence was not anywhere to be seen during that play.

Why is it that when people ask for predictions everyone always goes the safe route and picks the obvious team? I mean, I try and always pick at least a couple I think could pull off an upset....

So anyways, for those of you who like upsets....who do you think will pull it off this week?

Arizona @ Green Bay
Atlanta @ Cincinnati
Baltimore @ New Orleans
Houston @ Tennessee
Jacksonville @ Philadelphia
Seattle @ Kansas City
San Francisco @ Chicago
Tampa Bay @ NY Giants
St. Louis @ San Diego
Indianapolis @ Denver
NY Jets @ Cleveland
Pittsburgh @ Oakland
Dallas @ Carolina
New England @ Minnesota

And PLEASE no Bears bandwagon fans (b/c everyone knows no one would claim to be a bears fan until recently) saying "DA BEARS are gonna win" lol B/c that's not an upset. I don't have anything against the bears...just don't really want irrelevant answers.....and even though I said that I'm sure I'll still get some...

I'm talking about players not good enough to get into Cooperstown, but who are local favorites and near-great. Jose Cruz and Larry Dierker of the Astros, Ron Santo of the Cubs, Roger Maris of the Yankees, etc. I can imagine a father taking his son there after the game and telling him about the exploits of players from 20 years ago. This would, of course, include local players who actually made it to Cooperstown.

to hear your answer. Dream match Ricky Hatton vs. Aaron Pryor who wins? Hatton has won as many fights as Pryor had in his career. Hatton is undefeated. He is a legend in England and in Europe. His workout regimen is torturous (Try doing the bag bar and body belt it's strenuous). On paper this match up is one for the ages! Hatton is a relentless pressure fighter with a lion's heart. We'll cut Hatton some slack and make it a 12 round fight. Not the true championship distance of 15 which Pryor fought. In their prime.
