Undertaker would win. I say this, because he was been in a ring way more times than Lashley. He knows all the tricks and stuff that other superstars could play on him. Also, he's experienced like every type of match. He has experience with everything in the WWE, so put Undertaker in any type of match with Lashley, but after a gruesome battle, Undertaker will be the winner.

If the match takes place at Wrestlemania then the Undertaker will win. If the match takes place on Smackdown then most likely there will be interference and the match will end in a disqualification. If the match takes place on a PPV then Lashley might win but the disqualification factor might still come into play.
It's hard to write a script for the undertaker to lose since he is a legend and fans don't want to see him lose.

I think Undertaker would end winning because of his experience and he has good whereabouts of where he is in the ring at all times. Lashley has enough power to go toe to toe with the Undertaker, but in the end, Lashley is no match for the Undertaker and his charisma that he posesses.
