Do you really think there´s cold weather permanently, and polar bears? Sweden has "cold weather" in winter and already hosted a world cup. Ive been to Russia in summer and is warm and sunny. Germany just hosted the world cup and can be very cold too. Geting a world cup is more about having the economic conditions to do it, the infrastructure, stadiums, security, etc. The world cup is usually in summer. The reason why it hasnt been in Canada for example, is because people dont care enough about football.

Didn't America just host a World Cup? I remember some games in Boston, which is a cold region.

Does it really matter, the World Cup is always played during the summer anyway.

Of course because the world cup is held at summer and there are no countries having snow 365 days a year.

I think so. Cold weather isn't too much of a problem if the weather's not THAT cold... besides our boys will be working hard so the cold air would probably be refreshing... and most of Canada isn't that cold. It's probably just never been there since their squad sucks. But Russia, maybe.
