I'm playing in a survivor pool for the first time this year and I don't want to look like an idiot. I love watching football and am pretty good with players, teams, coaches, etc. But, actually picking a winner this early in the season is beyond me. Anybody that could offer me help with how to read stats and matchups would be a huge help! I've never been much of a gambler, so I have no idea what the +'s and -'s and points mean. And, I didn't get to watch a lot of pre-season, so I'm not familiar with all the teams yet. I'd really just like to make it to week 2 or 3! :-)

he is new and inexperienced in his current position as a coach. But I am beginning to feel he knows how to get the most out of players and already had two good wins over two good teams. I know it is too early to talk about him but I think he will be a great coach for Brasil.

I have a old JC Higgins 12ga pump that was my fathers, I shoot only low base shells in it due to its age. The shotgun will not freely eject the rounds after each shot it is like the slide is jammed, but it is actually the rounds are getting stuck in the chamber. I generally have to use a rod and push the shell out of the chamber but the brass base looks as if it has expanded. The chamber does not appear to be damaged or out of shape but it is hard to tell with eyes only. The gun is priceless to me for sentimental reasons I would just like to know what this could be or if it is common and if there is a fix.

Did this guy take time off to detox from steriods? He looks about 40 lbs lighter. He lost alot of muscle all of a sudden. His before body was abviously full of something illegal. You don't get a body like that without something extra. I don't care how much you work out. Any bodybuilder will tel you that.

I don't have serious problems, however it is relatively easy for me to get a stiff neck and suffer the consequences of it for a few days to a week. Sleeping in a bad position or just moving wrong can set it off. I've been to a specialist and I don't have anything wrong with me, at least nothing that X-rays and MRIs show.

I would like to get into a good exercise routine to loose some extra weight. It seems that everytime I start, I do something to pull a muscle and have to lay off of my routine for a while. Hence, I was wondering if a Yoga routine would be in order to assist in warming up before lifting weights and cardio exercise. Also wonder if it would help with a more balanced state of mind. What are some of the other benefits to Yoga?

Im looking at studying a martial art, checked some out, and Kung Fu sounds about the deadlyst so far. Bruce Lee studied Wing Chun, and we know how well he did.
Do you know a martial art as sick (quickly and seriously destroying your opponent) as Kung Fu??
