Tyson will fight, but it will be in a K1 match under kickboxing type of rules.

However realistically, Tyson would murder any stand up fighter out there. If he fought a Chuck Liddell or a Tim Sylvia he would flat out knock them out.

As far as pride fighters, I would love to see a Tyson vs. Mark Hunt, or even a Cro Cop. If Tyson worked on take down defense he would give Nog a run, simply because Nog does a lot of boxing on his feet even though he is a submission master.

I would like to see a Striker vs. Tyson.

Keep in mind Mike Tyson still punches holes in 300lbs heavy bags, and he was the youngest person to ever get the worlds heavyweight championship.

He was a quintessential world class striker, that isn't gone and his power and speed, and technique would still devastate a lot of stand up guys.

Damn near all MMA fighters spend a large portion of their training working on boxing. There is a reason for that, as far as the mechanics of a punch, no one hits harder than boxers.

Personally I don't want to see Tyson fight anymore period, his heart is no longer in it, and he does it solely for the money. He hates fighting now.

On the ground, going against taken down Tyson would lose badly and quickly. However standing up, all he has to do is lay a glove on you and your out. He has been boxing for over a dozen years, most MMA fighters haven't even been fighting that long, much less working boxing technique that long.

But all MMA fighters work on boxing, they work on it seperate from kickboxing. They will work just their hands for hours of training time a week, it develops rythm, accuracy and punching technique. A professional boxer is no slouch by any means, and someone of Tyson's caliber against a stand up fighter would probably resort to that person getting KO'd.

Either that or their ear bitten off.

Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic! He use to be professional boxer and have done kickboxing and MMA. I would LOVE to watch him knock Mike Tyso out with high kick. I would be laughing for months.

Also I would like to see the old man, branko Cikatic fight Mike Tyson. He have KOed young Hoost back in old day when he was a fat mean sob with mullet. Imagine how humilitating it would be if Mike Tyson lose to him since Cikatic is 53 years old right now and yes, he still fight.

Mike Tyson would get creamed. I've seen him fight in person and he's not what he used to be. Check out Dana White's interview in Playboy, he admits he's a fan, but there's no way that Mike could fight in the UFC. The Pride president is probably thinking the same. Even if he did get him, he'd get disqualified for biting.
