towards the end of july i sprained my ankle playin in a bball game....well i rolled it really. but anyway, after all this time i still can't run on it. it's still a lil swelled up too. should i get an xray so i know for sure what's going on or just wait it out til i get on my trainer's rehab program in september?

Is it machine safe? Will it fit? It it okay to hand wash? It smells must. Will something liek Febreeze and haning it up outside to air-dry do the trick? Take it to the dry cleaners?

I think if inzamam should quit cricket. Because when he got out during Indian match - obstrucing the field, he said they have no spirit, now he has no spirit, he protested against the umpires, he made hit teammates protest against the umpire and did not had respect to England player who wanted to play(which they were loosing). and yet he still is not apologizing. So i think he should be guilty of not maintaing the spirit of cricket and ball tampering. he is not going to play next 8 odis or 4 tests if he is guilty.

My husband is watching football...I can't believe that it's football season already...It was so nice not having to listen to that (or find something else to do) every weekend and Monday night...... Zidane is retired,so why won't you please pay him some respect as a human being?? If you can't pay him even a little respect,you're not even a human being at all.As for Materazzi,he himself wants to forget everything that ever happened at the final WC.So why should we bother about it? Why can't some people stop insulting Zidane and the French people??? Are they really that bad??At least they are not like Americans and Israelis who the world has known as the number 1 war supporters!! How pathetic is this thing! WTF are they doing to the sport? Its big ugly and SLOW!!! Kinda like ARCA cars. Who thinks this will hurt Nascar turnouts? I knew when Nextel Cup took over they would screw up this great sport!!!
