John Cena is a wigger we all know that but the fakers are copying his style some of them make me laugh sometimes but still it's stupid. Why is it when someone asks a question about Cena like "He is taken aren't you jealous?" But then the girls say stuff like "He's so hot!" When he looks like a white monkey. Man Cena sucks! I just want to knock the crap out of him! (And I can) so why does Cena and the fakers suck?

Will Paul Scholes play most of the Premiership games for Man Utd this season??

Now Van Nistelroy has gone and Michael Carrick has been bought will a fully fit Paul Scholes feature heavily this year?

I am thinking of including him in my fantasy football side as if he is playing regularly I think he will score a lot of goals next year.

Man Utd Fans especially what do u think the first choice midfield and attack line up will be for Man Utd

I don't really understand how strong stomach will help you jump higher. I have a friend who can dunk and he asked me have I ever seen an NBA players body he said they have abs of steel. I can touch the rim and sometimes grab the rim. I have strong hips and calve muscles, my back and stomach are strong but I don't have the showing of it. Six pack and a strong looking back. I'm strong though in those areas I just have fat around my torso. I have a baby gut, I'll my fat is around my stomach and back. Is there any way losing this fat maybe 10-15 pounds of it will help me that much to get that much higher into the air so I can start dunking. I play basketball a lot. Will I feel like I can jump higher?

I've been using the "monkey bars" (when I take my kids to the playground) as a way of building strength. The bars that I Iike are textured instead of smooth and rip my skin off after only a few times across. They are really cool because they are stepped (varying heights) and it takes extra effort compared to the regular ones. Using different bars is not a preferred option.
How can I prevent this? Chalk doesn't work.
