Very true. Same with dog walking.
Go to a middle or lower class neighborhood, people are out in the yard, kids wave. It's much friendlier.
Rich people are exclusive and snooty. Their loss.

Half true, half not.
It doesn't necessarily mean they are impolite, they have busier lives and I know if I had a life like that I'd love to stay in my house lol. Don't get me wrong, the not-so-rich areas do seem to have more polite people though.

They are inside enjoying their air-conditioning, their wide-screen plasma tvs, their computers and all their other really nice stuff. Or else they are out in their very nice car or away on vacation.

When I drive though wealthy neigborhoods, they usually call the police. They are home even if you don't see them, they are peeking out the blinds.

They have air conditioning, and since its hot outside, they're inside. Or, they have a pool out back, and since you can't see thru the house, you'll never see them.
