Does anyone else not really care anymore about the rivalry now that the Red Sox have won the World Series.

I realized though it is worse to wear a yankee shirt in Boston. Boston fans suck.

yankee and red sox fans do i'm a yankee fan and the two playing each other will always be the best rivalry in all of sports not just baseball

Yeah people care...especially after what happened two years ago between the two teams,
Boston Red Sox outfielders Gabe Kapler and Trot Nixon had their three-game suspensions overturned for their roles in an on-field brawl with the New York Yankees on July 24.
Alex Rodriguez and Jason Varitek already served four-game suspensions. After Bronson Arroyo hit Rodriguez with a pitch, Rodriguez started talking, Varitek pushed the Yankee third baseman in the face and players rushed from their dugouts.
Yankees pitcher Tanyon Sturtze appeared to get Kapler in a headlock, and Nixon and David Ortiz of the Red Sox joined the tussle. Sturtze was bleeding from the left ear when he left the field.
Plus on The Sports List (ch.36) the red sox/ YANKEE rivalry was named number one for that incident

the terrific team is and could continually be the manhattan Yankees. not something the purple Sox do will ever be sturdy sufficient. The purple Sox can win each and every worldwide sequence, branch call and AL Pennant for the subsequent ten years and that that they had nevertheless be a protracted way off from the Yankees plateau. The Yankees accomplishments are incredible.

i still care. im a yankees fan and i still care bout a rivalry. so what if the red sox won. it took then almost a century to win one!

The new york and red sox riverly will forever last because it is the best rivelry in sports history its a fact not my opinion

it still has a lot of meaning.but boston is now really challenging n.y for the division tittle.1 of these teams will not make the playoffs.
