Well im 16 years old and im really into running i like doing crosscountry and indoor and outdoortrack after outdoor track ended i stoped running for a little over 1 month now when i run again mostly anything over 4 miles i get a really bad stomach pain after the run and i dont know why because back when i ran track and crosscountry everyday was like 5 miles or more and it was no problem for me then.

I I moved to a new town and apparently I'm expected to be the newest starting lineman on my new eleven-man team, only problem, I just came from 3rd string on an eight-man! so I really need alot of advice about how to be ready for this. I already attend the summer program, and we start three-a-days August 8th, and they run til the 16. All I know about my position is that I will be either a Guard or a Tackle, some drills would be nice. I don't exactly understand how the field is set up with the extra people either, so, in a nutshell, Im in the dark, and I need some help understanding this change up.

I'm 15 and I just started playing golf. I can't hit my iron's very far at all. For instance, I hit a 6 or 7 iron as far as an average player would hit a pitchin wedge. I don't know what the problem is...can someone help me.

Would it be possible to make, or is there actually a crossbow that fires 2 bolts, either at the same time or separate? I ask as I'm trying to solve abit of an argument on whether it would be possible.

I don't really know if it would be plausible as I don't have enough knowledge on the subject.

1) All Nascar fans are not rednecks! I am a city girl from NE Ohio who loves Nascar! I own a two story house, have all my teeth, am engaged to a man unrelated to me, am college educated and work full time as a bookkeeper and all that other BS you haters say rednecks/Nascar fans are! Most I know who are fans of Nascar have most of the same qualities as well, just different jobs!

2) Nascar is a sport and the drivers are athletes! Nascar is racing which is a motorSPORT! For the record they are not circles, they are ovals!

3) The drivers go through a lot of strain each week, they have to drive near 200 mph for 4 plus hours often more than once a week! There is a lot more to Nascar than riding around and around and there are road courses, too! Every single race involves timing, team work and of course speed! There is a lot of work put into the cars, to make them competitive!

If you answer arguing any comments, that's your opinion and we know what they say about opinions!
