Would it be possible to make, or is there actually a crossbow that fires 2 bolts, either at the same time or separate? I ask as I'm trying to solve abit of an argument on whether it would be possible.

I don't really know if it would be plausible as I don't have enough knowledge on the subject.

Thanks.

Kain

to do so you would have to have a costom built one with 2 bows..for a fast reloading cross bow try the barnett comando self cocking model.

I have a cross bow and I don't see how you would ever be able to shot 2 bolts at the same time the cord would have to come back and stay flat in the nock point and you would have to have two barrels for the shaft to slide down

That was only in the movie 'Ladyhawke'. If you've noticed, you'll see the draw isn't very much, so it's not the strong of a crossbow.

Why would you want to?
You would have to have a mechanism that you could load two bolts, and ensure that you have enough ft.lbs. to send them flying. Otherwise you would need to have a duel mounted bow on the one stock.
