gymnastics are in the olympics, summer games. there's three types: artistic, rhythmic, and trampoline. they were introduced into the games in 1896. do i personally feel they should be there? sure why not, they're athletes too. i'd be worried if they brought golf back though.

I would just like to tell you how funny I think that everyone thought you were asking if it was in the Olympics. I really don't see how they got that from your question. I read it several times to try and figure out how they misunderstood it and nothing came to mind. Anyhow I do not think it should be there. I think any sport that requires a judge to say who wins should not be included in the olympics because its not direct competition and is very likley to be flawed or biased due to judges.

I think it is a great sport for the Olympics because most sports have large competitions (football;superbowl, college basketball;march madness) and although gymnastics does have competitions they are not as widely known as the competitions in other sports. I think the Olympics is a great time for excellent gymnasts to stand out and recieve the recognition they deserve.

Yes! As a former male gymnast I'm a big advocate of it. It's probably THE hardest sport to truly master, no other sport requires the amount of training that gymnasts have to go through in order to compete at that level.

YES it should be in the olympics. It is what most people think of when they think of the olympics. NADIA, Mary Lou ect.

I do not see any reason it should not be in the olympics. It is one of the hardest sports and requires all kinds of skill ( dance, strength, nerves of steel, flexiblity, Ect)

I"M ALL FOR GYMNASTICS IN THE OLYMPICS
