Wrestling was on last night. Just wondering what you thought of the Hulk Hogan, Randy Orton and Brooke Hogan deal. I think Brooke Hogan is going to turn on her father, at least until Summerslam, that's when Randy and Hulk Hogan wrestle. Also on the same note, isn't it weird how Mark Henry, injured Batista and he was out for about 7 months, well, on SNME, after the show, I read online that Mark Henry got hurt and now he'll be out 4-6 months, he also has to have surgery, but I don't think Batista was the cause of his injury. How often should i stretch?

Currently swimming once a week, judo once a week and weights once a week. I do a light stretch after the weights and judo but not after the swim. Should i be doing a full stretch session somewhere there?

Which NBA big man had the best post moves(footwork) ever?

I'm talking about up and unders, head fakes, hook shots, low post spin offs, who was the best big man in NBA history when it came to finesse in the paint. Me personally, I'm going to say Hakeem Olajuwon. However, I never really got to see Kareem Abdul Jabbar play in his prime, only until he was older. I know you had David Robinson and so many others, Wilt Chamberlain. Who had more moves than possible as a big man than any other in NBA history?
