I have been thinking a lot lately about the tribulation to come. I was wanting to know your thoughts on Pre- and Post-trib. Which one are you? Why? I have always been a Pre-tribber. Thinking that if you follow God and he knows you are a child of His, why would be suffer you to go through the tribulation period. Then, I asked my husband about it, for about the 70th time =) He commented that it is really hard for someone to state their faith and justify it until the time comes when it is really put to the test. If you have a gun to your head or someone you deeply love and care for, threatening to be killed of you do not renounce your faith, would you...could you. I know that most of you out there could say yes now, but if or when it comes down to it, could you stand up for what you believe in? So, back to my original question. Are you pre-trib or post? Why? or why not?

I hate to 'out' the more intelligent atheist among us. But think in your own life, is professing love the same as acting-in-it?

Yes He Do, when he said Judge not that yee should be Judge, these Christians with-out Full Knowledge of Father God in Heaven Messages on how (WE) should live and treat each other, always be the first to say on this panel don't Judge me, but they go on to say, as they are attempting to clean their slate, blemmish free, feeling the guilt as they answer, can't answer or understand the question in full because it reminds them of thier Dirt too,

But they force there opion anyway with arogance, and a snotty reply, keep it real Christians you can sound tough in your half way answers, but Alot of us Over half way Christians can see thru your answers, don't play with Jesus or your own Souls, when you go to answer a question of course they are design to make us look at our selves, but the first thing younger and some older Christians do is go into instant Denial,

Both these organizations are race based and not religion based. Their ideology is based on the idea that the white race is supreme. They use Mein Kampf and some of Nietzsche's writings etc to support their believes. They do not use scripture to justify their actions.

I see a lot of self-professed big "C" christians disowning other christians....What exactly qualifies? If I don't buy the original sin, virgin birth, and technically have henotheistic tendencies, am I out? Even if i believe Christ died for my sins and I accept him as my saviour? Is there a board of appeals?

Evolution is just is. It is apparently going to happen regardless of whether someone believes in it or not. Evolution isn't going to pay bills, go to work for someone, or help someone through the day. So what of the big whoop about evolution? Evolution is about as important in my life as how many inches a year my hair grows. So what is the big deal about evolution?

I am a Christian, and there are many, many things that I love about Christmas.

However, I feel that the way that it is observed is totally antithetical to Christian teachings.

Its all about excess, luxury, and hedonism.

We give to those who we are confident will give back to us.

We have one big out pouring of charity to the poor only to forget about them for the rest of the year.

We have many traditions that have NOTHING to do with Christ.

Christmas has been taken over by market forces who cater to consumers.

Where did we go wrong?

I realise that not everyone is like this, but I see so much of this i our society, and it makes me kind of frustrated.

Christmas should not be about holing up with your family and exchanging gifts, and drinking and eating yourself silly. It should be about practising Christian teachings and spearding the Gospel message.

What do you think?

I know that humans are nothing but a lump of cells, organic matter, and DNA. Some even say that the only reason why we think and feel the way we do is due to evolution. Those are the cold hard scientific facts are our existence. What is, is what is.

Yet, I feel that humans are so much more and we are a result of something so much more. It is very easy to diminish a human being down to his/her scientific details. I can do that at my job. One glance at a patient's chart and that is all there is; a collection of lab reports, toxicology exams, psych, evaulations, objective progress reports, and so on. Yet a patient says "We are not treating them like a human". Well, you are your chart. Your chart doesn't care about your happiness or sadness. It just tells them the scientific facts about you. Nothing else is nessecary.

So why do people say that there is nothing but the scientific truth, but in acuality want people to see them as so much more? So what is the more for yo

please also state what church or name of Christian group you belong to.

I'm just curious about what group of Christians tend to believe in the concept of "once saved always saved", and the concept of "losing one's salvation".

thank you in advance for answering.

Isaiah 7:14. The New American Bible says that "the virgin shall be with child." The NIV also uses the word virgin. The NRSV says that "the young woman is with child." What is the Hebrew word? What is the Greek word in the Septuagint? How would you translate these words?

How can he support Osama, who has killed Many innocent people in WTC mercilessly? How will God accept that?

Please, be clear. You're always so confusing answering this question and there are so many conflicting conceptions over this idea. Is disbelief in God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit a sin or not?
Does doing so send you to Hell?
Can you answer without quoting the Bible? I would appreciate that enormously. Nevertheless, you can report speech the Bible if you want to, for the Bible is filled with uncertainties, and the truth value of its interpretaions lies in the eye of the Beholder.
But no quotes please. Thanks.
