I haven't seen him shape shift, but I did see him removing his devil horns and tail and gently packing away his pitchfork in a velvet case before his last comedic tv appearance.

While his questions may sound rubbish to most, there really is a group that believes in some reptilian race in earth myth that has control over every aspect of humanity in earth. The idea that George W. would shape shift is not a joke to them.
