Personally I consider that violence cloaked in a masquerade of love. Do you think Buddhists, Hindus, or Eskimos appreciate such threats? I find such things exceedingly inappropriate and almost vindictive to non-Christian culture and tradition.

It's like saying "I'm right and you're wrong, so you DIE!!!"

This is a FUN question, not to be taken seriously.
This is based on Christianity and Jesus

The world's current population 6,633,911,272 with current % of Christians in the world approx 30% or 2 billion.

Let's approximate that man has been on this planet for 100,000 years.

Let’s say per year, 200 million people go to the Christian heaven a year (10%) and have done so the past 1900 years. These are ESTIMATES!

1900 years * 200 million dead Christians = There is a TOTAL of 380 billion in Heaven.

Keeping the percentage’s constant, if 30% of the world’s population is in heaven, then 70% of the world’s population is in hell.

There are currently 4,643,737,890 NON-Christians. If 10% of these people are dying a year then:

100,000 years * 464,373,789 million dead NON-Christians = 46,437,378,900,000 in hell.

In conclusion
46,437,378,900,000 or 46.4 trillion people in hell.
380,000,000,000 billion people in Heaven

Silly huh?

I am a junior in high school and I am involved in an organization called Life Teen. Life Teen does Catholic Masses with music and sermons that are oriented toward teens and high school kids. We're trying to get more people involved, but we think a lot of people probably consider it "uncool". Answerers don't have to be Catholic; answers just have to be serious!

I miss Love Yahoo- Can't we all just leave the poor girl alone?

The WSIDR- he was funny and surfaces every now and then- but we need him around to lighten the mood.

Oh and then there is the Dumb Question of the Day Judge, I think I made him mad when I got engaged because I had to stop flirting with him.

The secular one or the religious one? I'm a little tired of the confusion.

Perhaps both of them would work best: Yule for the secular family-food-gifts-warmth in midwinter celebration, Christ Day or something for the religious celebration. (Incidentally, why do Protestants want anything to do with a Mass?)

Better yet, let's move the secular one to the 22nd and just nuke an entire work week. Holidays three days apart guarantees some oddball time off setup.

how do you explain the well laid out lineage of jesus' bloodline from king david down to jesus from both parents, yet nobody knows what year, let alone what day jesus was born? if there were records maintained as well as christians claim wouldn't there be some date associated with the birth of jesus as well. certainly any system dedicated to accurately keeping track of family lineage would make sure to list the date and location of each ancestor's birth. yet in the bible, all we have is more or less just a list of names. what seems even more out of place is the ability in the old testament to keep track of the lineage of adam and eve's decendants and their ages, considering this occurred 3000-4000 years before the birth of jesus. what gives?

This is the verse about a woman having an inner, quiet, meek spirit. My question to you is what if a person like myself is outgoing and exuberant and likes to talk, how can I apply this verse to my life if my nature is not a quiet one and one more question if I may what does it truly mean to have an inner quiet and meek spirit?

Can I expect to not be judged?

Can you positively guarantee beyond a shadow of a doubt that there will be no war?

If I question someones morals or beliefs will I be considered an outsider? Will I have cause?

Since there will be no such thing as a Bible in such a world, man will have to go be the laws set by man. How would people know that a law isn't bias, has loop holes, or limits the rights of someone else? Would we have laws to correct past laws (one after another).

Will there be no suffering in the world?

If someone doesn't have the desire or capability to be a product member in such a world, what will become of them?

If I have dissent towards the atheist society that I will be living in, will my concerns be addressed fairly?

Would I have a reason for my dissent in an atheist society?

Hecker told detectives she hadn't known she was pregnant;
According to police, Hecker said she felt ill as she drove home from her boyfriend's house around 2 a.m. Later, as she sat on the toilet, police said, she gave birth to a baby boy.

Hecker told investigators she pulled the boy from the toilet and he stopped moving, according to police. Police said she told them she held the baby for a while before putting him back in the toilet.

She then sat back down on the toilet and delivered the placenta, police said.

Police said Hecker then took the baby back out of the toilet and placed him on some towels on the bathroom floor, then told her mother what had happened.

Police said Hecker's mother told her to put the baby in a bag and throw the body away in a trash can outside.

Christians drink alcohol very much. So I started thinking that does the Bible prohibit drinking liquor or not? Why are Christians so drunk all the time?

JUST THINK ABOUT IT! There is no possible way to know. King James authorized the King James version, how do we know it is really the Bible? He tolerated Catholics, which have perveted the Bible. All religions have a God, and they focus on a God. How do we know which religions are right, and true? Think about this carefully before you answer.
