Personally I consider that violence cloaked in a masquerade of love. Do you think Buddhists, Hindus, or Eskimos appreciate such threats? I find such things exceedingly inappropriate and almost vindictive to non-Christian culture and tradition.

It's like saying "I'm right and you're wrong, so you DIE!!!"

I would never say that to someone. One because I don't believe in a Hell. Also because I believe people can be forgiven no matter what they believe in.

He died on the cross for you!!! if giving your life for the world so they might have a chance for eternal life isn't love then you tell me!! He gave us a choice, believe in Him and accept Him as your Lord and Savior and have eternal life or other wise...

I would think people would want to follow His ways, Those who do are probably more admired by others. Why? because they would probably be behaving themselves a lot better. those who follow His way Sin a lot less that's why.

even those who sin go to heaven if you didn't know, God isn't asking people follow me ways 100% or die, no he's saying ask me into your hearts so YOU may have eternal life. he has forgiven are MANY sins when he died on the cross, he died for ALL are sins, past, present, and future.

that is love!!!

Goatboy, I can understand your point of view. I will agree it is not right for self righteous "Christians" to say if you do not believe the same as me you are doomed. However please understand that according to God there is only one way to the Father and that is through the Son. But God being the righteous and loving God that he is, gives you free choice to not believe and not follow. Should you choose to live for yourself instead of for God and let him direct your path you will inevitably suffer the consequences. So as long as you are ok with that that then live however you chose. It is your God given right

I understand. Nevertheless, it is not a matter of whether or not you agree with me,, and be assured I wish no harm to you, but the Christian's responsibility is to proclaim Christ, not to pronounce condemnation. So don't worry, neither I nor any other person can send you to hell. Every Christian knows that.

Hell has been misrepresented in regards to people who choose never to believe. Those who embrace sin and live that lifestyle cannot remain in the presence of God; therefore when it is time to go to heaven they cannot be there. Hell for them will be an eternal seperation from God, and without His presence their spirit will wither. An eternity without God after seeing His Glory will be hell.

It's more accurate to say" you are going to roast for eternity, but I have a way for you to escape the fate you have chosen- simply love Me."

No.
Is it any mystery that when Christian nations discovered new lands, they felt they had every right to take it from the people who were there for their own use? And that they felt they were also doing these people a favor?

No, it doesn't sound like love to me. In the real world, it doesn't sound like love to most Christians, so they rationalize until they have a excuse for God's non loving behavior.

You seem to think that the Christian culture is built on everyone but themselves "roasting." Keep in mind that not everyone is like this, and many really do love non-Christians.

You have it backwards:
Everyone is on the path to destruction, Jesus offers the way of escape.
