as if the other stuff I've heard wasnt illogical and completely irational, this seems to beat them all in terms of illogicalness and rationality(or lackthereof). I mean what is so wrong with having pride in anything?

We came from a monkey of a different species. The monkeys of today are our cousins they came from the same monkey we did. Our closest relative outside our own species is probably the Orangutan and they are close to becoming extinct through our neglect. They are an endangered species shame letting your very own cousins become extinct?

for some reason people who win awards think that they're that freaking special to where they think god wanted them to win(in regards to some questions I posted earlier about a "dream" I had I was bull$#!tting it to make a point which only a few people got). but anyway, they think its okay to think god chose them.

however if somebody doesnt win and they blame god then its not okay. so by logic, if god is responsible for choosing the winner then isnt he also responsible for the people who lose?

frankly people need to stop thinking theyre that special or people shouldnt complain when people blame god for not winning an award. you cant have one, either you have both or none.

Where is he? He's been missing for some time now.
Do you think he may speak out against Scientology? Wouldn't that hurt Scientology! Since he knows the real story behind so much of the church's practices.

if you can be married in heaven?.....just sit and ask if it WAS possible to have my bride in heaven. Do you even care? I have to look at your souls, and hear you say to me that there is no need for us in heaven. Once we are done serving God with each other(breeding) he has no further use with us and we don't care anyway, because there is going to be something better then this thing in heaven.......say this to each other, eye to eye.....there is going to be somthing better then you in heaven. How does it feel? God promised my soul that I will be married in heaven, and have the joys of Jesus. Because I asked him.....

do you even love him or her, to even sit with God the father in prayer and ask for heaven? or do you just want to get rid of her or him??

I know what the bible says, and it talks different to me....all your answers, I have this spirit that shows me this way of seeing them and it shows marriage in heaven.

i am a muslim. i am also an american. i am also a good person.
but when people realize ur muslim they dont care if u are a good person they just think oh ur a terrorist.
in my political science class we talked about hitler and WWII. Hitler used the jews as a scapegoat and convinced the germans that THEY WERE THE REASONS TO ALL THE PROBLEMS GERMANY HAD.
sounds oh so familiar to me. just as we muslims are being blamed for all the problems in the world. why????
you can do as much research on islam as u want and say that its not a peaceful religion BUT unless u have been raised as a muslim you will not know the true teachings. i am a good person and i know many muslims who are. so why is everyone blaming us? whyyy????????/
WHY IS IT ALWAYS ANOTHER FAITH? when will christians be targeted? why are u blaming us just as germany blamed the jews? and WHY didnt you learn from those mistakes.

I feel like I'm insane because i can't stop thinking about it. I feel even more crazy because nobody else seems to be freaking out with me. How could people not find this the most important thing about life? Do (many) religions really supply you with enough blind faith to make you not wonder? Do people really just not care? I don't see how "it is going to happen so why think about it, just live you life to the fullest" etc. is reasonable at all. Do you think that we just shut off like a light and have no more consciousness? If so, how can you live to better mankind? Live good while you are here? Why? Somebody, anybody, tell me what you think. more importantly please tell me why you think that way.

I believe that the majority of athiests are high level thinking, intelligent people. Im not saying that religious people are dumb, im saying that many 'dumb' people are religious. Is this valid?

I married 3 months ago and was fooled by a con man. Not only was he a con-he was an alcoholic that started abusing me within a week of our marriage. He quit working, wanted me to support him. Our whole marriage was a lie---I found out I'm wife # 7 and when I told him I knew he left me, disconnected his phones and relocated to another state. Apparently he has done this over and over for years. I contacted him via email and he has filed for a divorce but I worry aboutthe Biblical aspect of the situation. Am I forgiven?

Matthew 24 shares on the Parable of 10 virgins.
5 wise 5 foolish.
All these were espoused to the Bridegroom Christ.
They each had the Lamp with their vessels.
We know that the spirit of a man is a Lamp unto Jehovah. That man is created as a precious vessel to contain God.
We also know that the Oil typifies the Holy Spirit.

1. What does it mean to have the " extra oil' in the lamp WITH the vessels.
The difference between the foolish and the wise was the extra oil in the vessels.

2. How do you believe these 5 wise virgins were able to obtain the extra oil?

Ty for all the detailed answers to this question.

In Christ

Into our town the hangman came,
smelling of gold and blood and flame.
He paced our bricks with a different air,
and built his frame on the courthouse square.

The scaffold stood by the courthouse side,
only as wide as the door was wide
with a frame as tall, or a little more,
than the capping sill of the courthouse door.

And we wondered whenever we had the time,
Who the criminal? What the crime?
The hangman judged with the yellow twist
of knotted hemp in his busy fist.

And innocent though we were with dread,
we passed those eyes of buckshot lead.
Till one cried, "Hangman, who is he,
for whom you raised the gallows-tree?"

Then a twinkle grew in his buckshot eye
and he gave a riddle instead of reply.
"He who serves me best," said he
"Shall earn the rope on the gallows-tree."

And he stepped down and laid his hand
on a man who came from another land.
And we breathed again, for anothers grief
at the hangmans hand, was our relief.
