Can anyone explain to me this :

- It's crazy Monsieur Ibrahim, how the window diplays in the expensive shops are so poor, there is nothing inside.

- That's luxury Momo, nothing in the window, nothing in the shop, everything is in the price.

Increased school and juvenile violence.
Storm disasters like we have never seen before.
Drought in the south east US.
Financial instability
Wars that we can never win & it looks very serious with Iran and them saying that in the first minute of a conflict they can launch 10,000 missles.

Are these not signs of the END being very near, or could it be that we never should have banned the 10 commandments from public buildings??

Why is it that they do this? I don't believe the Bible is the absolute truth or the perfect word of God...so why is it used in a discussion about my beliefs (Pagan) when it is irrelevant to me? That is like telling the British Isles to get rid of their queen because we don't have one and backing up the argument with the US Constitution. They could care less what OUR constitution says, they have their own!

I'm already seeing alot of chatter about the coming holidays...will we see the same PC b.s. again this year?
Why, oh why, do people get so irritable over such small matters as what greeting people use over the holidays?
I'm a Christian, so, of course, for me, it is "Merry Christmas".
I have no problem at all with the Jewish "Happy Hanukkah", or the African "Happy Kwanzaa", or the Pagan "Blessed Yuletide", or any other such greeting, nor would I be offended to see it in stores such as WalMart or J.C. Penney...
Why, oh why, are people so adamant about keeping me from enjoying MY Christmas as usual? How does it offend anyone if I wish them a "Merry Christmas", or if they see this greeting displayed in a store, for gracious sake? Are we THAT oversensitive?

Like the Grinch, folks ought to realize...they cannot keep Christmas from coming. I and my Christian brothers and sisters will still be singing "Oh Holy Night"...this year and every year until the end of time.

it does stand for Religion and SPIRITUALITY. not religion and christions.
why do they feel that because you don't believe in their christ then you have no religion or spirituality?

People couldn't possibly beleive that the entire human genepool started with just two people, do they. Adam and Eve and all that nonsense. It's obviose that that is not possible. Two people populated the entire world? No effin way!

I see all the time on here that religions are intolerant of others. That we need to accept different religions and people of different sexualities. People constantly tell us we need to practice tolerance. Where is the tolerance for us? Why are we not given tolerance? Why is everyone supposed to be tolerant of everything except Christianity?

Often christian believers talk about they experiencing God, holy spirit and Jesus. If anybody have seen Jesus, how he looked like? Is the image generally presented is correct? Did he say anything to you? how did you make sure that, satan is not decieving you? I am just curious?

I am an atheist. Someone recently asked me if I was mad that Christians were trying to force stores like Wal-Mart to say Merry Christmas rather than Happy Holidays. I said no, and this person acted really surprised because they thought for sure that I would be mad about it. We are all going to die someday and nothing any of us does will ever mean anything in the long run. I decided a long time ago that rather than trying to fight the inevitable end that we all must face, I am just going to sit back and enjoy as the human race rips itself apart and nothing seems to tear us apart faster than telling someone that you believe in a different invisible man in the sky than they do.
