Atheists always ask who created God. They object to the idea of God having always existed and not having a creator.

What about subatomic particles? Either they have existed FOREVER or they suddenly came into existence. Neither explanation makes alot of sense, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's not true. We don't know the answers to everything.

Same thing with God. I don't think there should be a double standard to where atheists say subatomic particles suddenly appeared from NOTHING, because what created them?

And if subatomic particles have ALWAYS existed, then why attack the idea of God ALWAYS existing?

What are your thoughts?

Is Jesus Christ truly present in the Fundy protestant Churches? How can He be if you dont believe in the Eucharist and Jesus's true presence in it, you just eat a cracker and grape juice,or that baptism is a command from Jesus, that one must be born of water to be born again, not just saying a few words. Where is the tabernacle and altar of Jesus Christ in a fundy protestant church? Iam really curious about this

Deuteronomy 13:6-10 is very clear.

6 If your very own brother, or your son or daughter, or the wife you love, or your closest friend secretly entices you, saying, "Let us go and worship other gods" (gods that neither you nor your fathers have known, 7 gods of the peoples around you, whether near or far, from one end of the land to the other), 8 do not yield to him or listen to him. Show him no pity. Do not spare him or shield him. 9 You must certainly put him to death. Your hand must be the first in putting him to death, and then the hands of all the people. 10 Stone him to death, because he tried to turn you away from the LORD your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery.

Firstly, i don't wanna hear "ignorant" and "intolerant of religion", since this is the only argument most Christians can provide when debating on topics of religion. Now, what are the reasons you are a Christian?? Please share, but be honest, and no fairy tale stuff, like "god spoke with me in my dreams"

I just read a tract that was in the auto. dept of Walmart. It said that Mormons believe Satan and God are equal Spirits. It also said that when God and Lucifer seperated three spirit catagories were created, Jesus being the third and that they all procreate "spirit" beings which inhabit babies when they are born. It said that black children are created by Satans offspring.(PLEASE DONT TAKE OFFENSE) Can you tell me if this is what you believe and if it isn't explain the three spirit thing to us?

Does it bother you at all that he was not a particularly honest man, or that he was a womanizer, a fetishist of a semisadistic, voyeuristic nature, and the fact that his claims of being initiated by a coven of witches (among many other things) could never be verified? Or, do his practices work and the outcome, regardless of his intent, is good and you just don't care at all whether he lied or womanized, etc..?

Thank you in advance for your responses.

To blow with the wind, whither you come or go it is a constant movement that many can't understand. You are an enigma to the rulers, the crowd, to the common man. No one knows your name, where you came from, or where you go; just that you’re coming is much like your going with the gust of the wind, a sign in the melody of the skies. You come upon people they attempt to capture you as their own, but being a passer by you pass right through them and become transparent before their very eyes. And they're left wondering if you were even real. You travel among others and what you touch among them becomes healed, they seek to thank you, but again you are gone with the blow of wind. Are you a passer by, passing by what has been built, what has been established? Do you have the capacity to be as the wind, which goes as it comes? Will you find your home; will you ever make it to paradise?

I thought mankind is supposed to evolve slowly and can only get more intelligent gradually, oh evolutionists. Since that is what evolutionary theory teaches, how was Jules Verne able to make multiple highly accurate predictions about advanced future technology (and just short of prophecy)?

Or is it just a political tactic?

No matter how it's sliced, you're going to offend someone. How about we give them breaks every time it's time to pray towards Mecca? What baptist would be up in arms for that?

I think this us just used as a blatant political tool to keep religion in the spotlight.

I am wondering why, since Christmas has been celebrated as the birthday of Jesus Christ since around the third century, some people are only now getting around to telling us that they are offended by this, since it is a Christian holiday?
So, now, instead of letting different groups honor their own holidays in their own way (Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Yule, etc), we are supposed to shove them all under the umbrella term "Winter Holidays". Well, I suppose at least that gives atheists an excuse to celebrate along with people of faith...as if anybody really minded before, anyhow.
But tell me, what will you do about other Christian holidays, like Saint Valentine's Day, or Saint Patrick's Day?
Will lovers bring "February candy" to their sweeties? Will we say "be my pre-spring gal"?
Or may I, as a Christian, still say "be my Valentine"?
Will the Irish have to drink their green beer out of March steins, in order that atheists can drink along with them?
Just how shall we handle these things??

If god really wanted full perfect humans to do exactly as outlined in his writings, then why didn't he just make robots to do what needed doing, and where was (he) before 0BC. It is really odd how different religions exist in specific regions that are outlined by transportation constriants. You might find in the Middle East a variety of religions due to the trade and transportation but India is Hinduism and before America was colonized everyone here was relatively spiritual Native Americans.

What a pitiful state of affairs this world is headed to.
It all seems to get worse and WORSE.
Stay in the Word, brethren. This world is NOT our home. Stay firm in the Lord. There are people out there that are literally POSSESSED by the devil. Watch your family brethren. Satan is out there.

A shooting in a downtown high school on Wednesday, led to five people being taken to a hospital, the mayor said.

Mayor Frank Jackson said three young people and two adults were hurt. SuccessTech Academy had been secured and there was only one suspect, he said.

"They have the shooter," Jackson said. He did not elaborate.

Ronnell Jackson, 15, said he saw the shooter running down a school hallway.

"He was about to shoot me but I got out just in time," he said.

Another student, Doneisha LeVert, said she heard the principal say "Code Blue" over the public address system, and the students started running. She said she hid in a closet with some of her friends.

Students stood outside the building, many in tears and on cell phones. Family members also stood outside, anxiously waiting for their children to be released.

"I'm scared. I'm hoping no more people got hurt," Jackson said.

Tammy Mundy, 38, who has a son and daughter at the school, told The Plain Dealer of Clev
