Absolutely. I have been to this web site also.
God knows just when to have the hidden things revealed. The flood and the ark was a form of the rapture. Noah warned the people of his time that the flood was coming just as we warn people now of the coming of Christ...Jesus Is coming...About the animals being brought In 2 by 2.
Noah brought In 2 of each unclean animal and 7 of each clean animal. Noah still made animal sacrifices unto the Lord.

Yes, however, even I tend to kinda view this so called discovery warily though, since I haven't looked into it other than the link you posted.

I wouldn't be a Christian if I didn't believe in the Biblical account of the Flood - because if even one mere section of Scripture was in error, then the whole thing is forfeit. This is why people are so hard pressed to try to "prove" just one aspect of the Bible wrong, because they know that if they could, they could call the whole thing bogus.

These so called scientists aren't stupid in that regard, they definitely have a clear agenda, an attempt to destroy the authenticity of God's Word, although they will obviously never succeed, they will keep trying.

Sorry, that one has been shown to be a rock formation, not wood, or fossil wood, just plain rock.

How did god get all those animals to come to the ark from all over the world?

How did he get over a million different species of animals onto the ark?

With one 18" square window (that is implied to be closed) how did he ventilate the ark?

The ark would have been the biggest wooden seagoing vessel ever. Much smaller wooden ships had to have iron bracing for rigidity, and still needed serious pumps to keep the ship afloat in a storm. All naval engineers agree that a 450 ft long wooden ship would break up in a calm ocean swell. So how did Noah keep his ship from breaking up in a 40 day storm.

Where did all the water come from?

The Ark was afloat for over a year. What did Noah feed all the animals for that time period? How did they deal with the mucking out problem?

Many fish are very sensitive about the salinity of the water. How did the river fish survive in a salty sea? How did the sea fish survive with the ocean being diluted by 3X?

Ararat is over 12,000 feet high. Over 2 miles. How did any vegetation survive being 2 miles below the water level?

Where did the water go?

Having gotten off the ark, how did all the animals get back to their native homelands?

What did the herbivores eat, considering that the Earth had been covered by over 2 miles of water?

How did the herbivores survive the carnivores' first meal?

What did the carnivores eat after they got though the one pair of each herbivore?

How did the human race become the huge spectrum of shapes, features and ethnicity that we see today in such a short time?

You can believe that this lump of rock is the ark if you want. You can believe that the story is true. However, in reality that it is just a lump of rock and that the story is a myth. No amount of faith is going to change reality.

Since the flood was performed by an act of science by the God Yahweh modern science will soon prove this story true and happened just the way God explains it.

Ridiculous.

I have researched these so-called proofs for quite sometime and I can say this is bogus. When you actually look into the flood myth and compare the story to previous flood myths and archaeological facts, history, etc. One will see that the flood myth was adopted into Judaism. Unfortunately, people who hold faith in such tales will never commit themselves to seeking the truth. Why? Because without a flood, the whole belief system collapses.

Your apparent ignorance is not focused on the Arc issue but it appears you read the bible in literal text.

The Bible is a work of Symbolism.

Noah and the Arc was a story about mans Sprituality and the need for a "total cleansing".

Geology will clearly show there is no evidence of a Global flood within the 4.5 billion year life span of Earth.

For those whom relentlesly cling to the Physical validation of the event of the bible, I submit you have always looked "Out" and need to look "In" to yourself.

For those whom have always felt Jesus actualy cured a blind man.....Jesus was speaking to you whom are spiritualy Blind Now; the message in Jesus curing the blind was Symbolic; Jesus represented TRUTH and he was saying "The Truth" will make a blind man see...

The Bible is an historical-Cultural Interpretation of God as are ALL religious beliefs. Not one is correct, yet all hold some truth in intetpretation and in ONE Religion (pick any one) we see the blind clinging to the blind disregarding the truth they worship...

No. And "discovering" a boat that matches the description of the ark does not prove the story true. That's like "discovering" Mary Poppin's umbrella.

There are tons and tons of reasons why we can tell the global flood never happened. So either it never happened (at least not when taken as the full literal story of a global flood, etc.), or God is deceitful and went out of his way to make it look like it never happened. I don't know about you, but most Christians I know don't believe in a deceitful God.

there's no evidence of a world-wide flood, there is no way that 2 of EVERY animal would fit on a boat, if the world ever were to be covered in water, Noah still would have drowned from the water saturation of the atmosphere, there is not enough water on the entire planet to cover it....so, no...and I don't have a great deal of respect for the intellect of anyone that does.

explain to me how some chunks of wood can survive 5000 years.....this is absolute garbage.

Of course not. Every culture has a great flood story. The others are much more interesting. The Biblical story of a sadistic Sky Bully drowning millions of people and animals because he regretted making them is sick and immoral.
