"Once I was lost; but now I am found." Without the mercies and grace of God I would be like a small duck in a terrible rain storm, getting beat to death by the huge rain drops; that fell upon my tender head. Thank you God for giving your only begotten son; so I can live and tell others of your mercy and grace; that you give so freely!

It makes sense to me for the terminally ill to be forced into treatments that may help people in the future. Not if it takes away from their comfort...only if it is a minor inconvenience. It could be good fo them and the future of our society.

And yes, this has something to do with R&S. September 19th, Talk Like a Pirate Day, is a Holy Day for Flying Spaghetti Monster worshiping Pastafarians like myself. I want to keep it sacred this year by speaking only as the Divine Beings (pirates) speak.

For instance, instead of "hi" or "hello", I should say "Ahoy, me hearty!" Does anyone here have any more suggestions?

Matt. 26:39, RS: “Going a little farther he [Jesus Christ] fell on his face and prayed, ‘My Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as thou wilt.’” (If the Father and the Son were not distinct individuals, such a prayer would have been meaningless. Jesus would have been praying to himself, and his will would of necessity have been the Father’s will.)

John 8:17, 18, RS: “[Jesus answered the Jewish Pharisees:] In your law it is written that the testimony of two men is true; I bear witness to myself, and the Father who sent me bears witness to me.” (So, Jesus definitely spoke of himself as being an individual separate and distinct from the Father.) See also pages 197, 198, under “Jehovah.”

As things stand, there's no legal impediment to terrorists tying the knot (or unwrapping the turban or however they celebrate weddings). But isn't terrorist marriage even more dangerous than gay marriage? -- after all, terrorists can breed.

I'm just sayin'.

What is this to you as a believer? Each day we follow the Lamb wherever He may lead us... Where did the Lamb go to? He died for us on the Cross. Yes:) for you and I as believers and sinners. But my real question is this. How does this matter of living a crucified life in Christ Jesus impact upon you day to day life? On your choices, tastes, preferences and dicisions. Do we truly know what it means to live in such a way? For those of us who have mercifully passed through the winepress, how can we encourage those who are being lead this way by the Lord. To live in the shadow of the Cross.. and even better yet.. to come OUT of all these experiences like our Lord did in RESURRECTION!

Share in any way, whereever you are at... share and encourage oneanother...

Also there is a web site of the Assyrians at http://www.assyrianchristians.com .

I have been praying for religious freedom for the Christians in Iraq for a long time, now there is more hope for them than ever. And because the US is helping Iraq.

I answered a question, (the question was deleted, it was something about calling Priests pedophiles,) not by my doing, and I told the person I was going to become a Priest and he call me a fag

Why? Not all Priests have molested a child and that person does not know me, I love children and I would not hurt them, I am a teacher and children are a gift from God, I felt insulted by this persons accusation

Why do people like to insult someone because of what they believe in?

How do you feel when people say those words to you? What do you think are their intentions? How do you respond? What type of intentions do you have when you respond?

Are these words just a simple pat "what's up"?

According to Jesus, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God. -- Matthew 19:23-24, Mark 10:23-25

So what do you think Billy Grahame, or the Pope's chances are?

The Vatican has large investments with the Rothschilds of Britain, France and America, with the Hambros Bank, with the Credit Suisse in London and Zurich. In the United States it has large investments with the Morgan Bank, the Chase-Manhattan Bank, the First National Bank of New York, the Bankers Trust Company, and others. The Vatican has billions of shares in the most powerful international corporations such as Gulf Oil, Shell, General Motors, Bethlehem Steel, General Electric, International Business Machines, T.W.A., etc. At a conservative estimate, these amount to more than 500 million dollars in the U.S.A. alone.

Every Rosh Hashanah, we eat a pomegranate. Its New Years on G-d's calendar.

Every New Years, we are told to eat a "new fruit" and the 1st Rosh Hashanah they were told by G-d to eat a POMEGRANATE.

Did you know there are 613 laws (mikvah) in the Torah?

And 613 was and is a very holy number to Jews/Messianics.

And the pomegranate has...... 613 seeds.

Yes, every pomegranate.

This is how G-d speaks.

But Christians are too busy giving their money to pastors and trimming the pagan Christmas tree to learn these things that they should.

So...is this a pretty clear sign from G-d?

Do you think this is how He speaks to us? I do...

I was talking with my catholic campus minister about my friends. They dont seem to like me getting into religion and talking about God. I was worried because I didnt know what to do, he told me that I should just be myself and not care what people think. Then he said 'I guess I just want to maybe challenge you to see things differently.'

I get the be myself part, but the challenge? I dont understand what he means. Any ideas?

Muslims have no doubt that the Bible was edited, and at the same breath they claim that the Bible, mind you the same book they claim was edited, predicted of the Quran and Muhammad!
Wouldn't you think that would be the first thing to be edited out! if your claim is true? if not, why do you think they didn't edit the infos about the Quran and Muhammad?

And causing you to think about them in return.

I am trying to forget about this girl that I really like but has moved far away. but sometimes she just pops up in my head and I feel like she is there in my mind.

Is it just me that I miss her or could it be some sort of telepathy or something.

If there is no God, there is no right and wrong. anything anyone says is objectionable.
killing...
rape...
drugs...
incest...
ALL objectionable in the eye of the beholder

so go ahead, prove that God is not real and see what happens, you will no longer be safe.
