I noticed a question that was specific to one area, but they asked some very valid questions. Their question was on SRS, and many answers were "God did not make a mistake." But if our bodies are perfect the way God created them, then would plastic surgery, tattoos, dying of the hair, and body piercings be unScriptural as well? It would appear to be hypocritical to have say one is wrong but not the other. If we are created perfectly, then why would we need to change anything? If we can have face lifts, breast augmentation, ect, then where do we draw the line?

Why do atheists say God sends us to hell? He doesn't! He is all-powerful, but he has no power over where we spend eternity! That's just common sense. We are natural born sinners and deserve to go to hell- why? Because Adam and Eve ate a piece of fruit! God intelligently designed Adam and Eve, but that doesn't mean they were intelligent enough to follow a simple instruction- which was not to eat from a tree that God put there specifically for the purpose of them not eating from it. Yes, this makes perfect sense. And for this reason we all deserve to burn in agony. God knew this but he created us anyway- why? Because he loves us so much!
Fortunately God came up with a fool-proof plan like always. He sent his son (who happened to be himself) to earth to pay the price for our sins to himself, to bend the rules that he created himself. That way one third of the Earth's population (anyone who correctly chooses Christianity out of the hundreds of religions on earth) can go to heaven.

Luke 17:20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come,
he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with signs: 21Neither shall they
say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

do you think is a just a little more sane than the rest?
Even if I do not agree with any christian sect, I am agnostic, I see catholics a little more "sane" compared to the protestants, maybe I am wrong, what is your opinion?

The Books of Lilith, aka Lillith, aka Lillitu - Ancient Texts kept hidden and from relative public eye and speculation by the Christian Heirarchies and false religious structures and governments - show easily that Lilith, aka Lillith and Lillitu, was the first mate and wife of Adam, and thus that even the beginning of the Bible, which they falsely claim is the only truth existing in this world, and the only true religion, is false from the very beginning of the Bible itself. From the Book of Genesis on out, the false - if not falsified - text of the entire Judaic and Christian religions (the 'great' religions of this world of Earth) are nothing more than constructs designed to brainwash the masses into supporting by time, talent, money, etc., etc., etc. those in power and control within these said same religious structures. I would hear the opinion of the people of the world on this subject.

I've decided to do so, because none of the questions I have ever get answers. Every homily keeps telling me to just "be faithful". What's that supposed to mean!?? I'm trying to figure out why there are wars with a "loving god" and why "the Crusades" were fought. why only men can be Priests. and none of these questions are ever answered. not at church, not in the bible, nowhere. I still have a firm belief in god, but religion Isn't doing it for me anymore. any Insight into why I would ask these questions, or Why i shouldn't leave?

It's not necessarily that people don't know them, but maybe they don't quote them as often as Romans 8:28 or similar.

Here are a couple of my faves:

Behold then the kindness and severity of God. Romans 11:22

Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him. Job 13:15

The LORD is near to the brokenhearted And saves those who are crushed in spirit. Psalm 34:18

For troubles without number surround me;
my sins have overtaken me, and I cannot see.
They are more than the hairs of my head, and my heart fails within me.

Be pleased, O LORD, to save me; O LORD, come quickly to help me. Psalm 40: 12-13

And don't just say "because if you don't, you'll go to hell". I actually want a good logical reason for why god exists and why I should convert. Don't base your answer on previous assumptions. I want to know about some compelling evidence or reason why I should believe in god.

For those who are able to answer this question, possibly someone involved in the deliverance ministry. How do you identify a spirit of rejection in someone's life? Out of their mouth's may come "Everybody hates me," "Do you hate me?" (I hear that one frequently.), inability to receive love ("no one ever does anything nice for me"), a tendency to avoid situations or relationships that may cause further hurt, and the holding on to bad relationships out of fear of being alone. Anymore insight?

For me it is knowing that God is in control:

"And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose." - Romans 8:28
