It's not necessarily that people don't know them, but maybe they don't quote them as often as Romans 8:28 or similar.

Here are a couple of my faves:

Behold then the kindness and severity of God. Romans 11:22

The LORD is near to the brokenhearted And saves those who are crushed in spirit. Psalm 34:18

Speakng of Satan:

Ezekiel 28:19  All they that know thee among the people shall be astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt thou be any more.

"...and never shalt thou be any more..."!!! Thank GOD for that!!! He will no longer exist!
