That when you get to the end of your life&you know you're pretty much going to die soon;what are the chances you will do as the thief on the cross&ask God for forgiveness&to please come into your heart so you can be in Heaven with Him?

===============The Deal====================

If you agree to hand over your soul to me, I will
offer you anything your heart desires. I can reveal to
you pleasures and riches of which no human has ever
dreamed. Forgiveness is the key and what
makes me happiest is when people ask for my
forgivenss. You will never die in my kingdom, but instead
you will serve me eternally. Of course, I welcome
rebellious sinners of all type, child molesters, murderers,
rapists, but I am especially fond of those souls who
are pure of heart. Worship me. Honor me and
I promise to protect you from those who would mislead
you. Some say I am a deceiver, never truly revealing
myself, althoughI have had ample opportunity.

My agreement is simple and without fine print. You offer
to me your soul, without reservation, and I will make good
on all terms I have outlined above. Is this a deal?

Who is speaking here,

God or the Devil

I asked five atheists I know if they knew the capital of Bulgaria. None of them did.

I then asked five Christians I know if they knew the capital of Bulgaria. Every single one of them replied, "Sofia," which is correct.

Is this a sign atheists are more ignorant than Christians?

People of America are always saying Islam is a threat to America and that America is always the victim of everything. Do they realize what they do to Muslims in Palestine and Iraq ? Christians in Iraq and the Jews in occupied Palestine kill thousands of innocent Muslim men, women, and especially infants and children. Won't you consider that as terror? If u dont believe that there is terror to Muslims in Palestine go to this link: http://**********/holocoust.htm

I am wiccan and believe there is only one God. I know that weird but I like to be different.

I believe that My God is so powerful that he lets us worsip any way that we feel is right! My God is so secure that even the Athiest and Agnostic are allowed to do their own thing.

I've read the bible from cover to cover AND LEARNED the history behind this fascinating book.

I am so tired of these "Christians" tring to scare people into the way they believe. They seem to ignor the blood and the evil their kind has done in history. They take the bible as perfect truth until you use it to show them they may have misinterpreted it. Then they will say something like "Oh, well the bible was written by many men." If God is perfect and if he had a hand in writing the bible and guiding the men who desided what went into it then you can't discount even a word of it!

So many Christians just pick what they need out of the bible and are so narrow minded it drives me crazy.

in an earlier post, one the the posters stated that I needed to do some reading, and that there's a philosophy that could be life changing for me IF I'm willing to study it with an open mind"

Just so you know this comment, in my opinion, had not alot to do with the question, which was just silly in context.

but Now I'm curious

Many of you know me.
For someone such as me, with a strong faith in Christ, and a fair understanding, openmindedness and acceptance of the fragility of man (including me) and our many foibles... Do I NEED to study philosophy in order to become enlightened and / or fulfilled?

For that matter.... does ANYONE feel that need?
