What would you think and what would you say to him?

If god is almighty then wouldn't he care enough for his own people, I mean ALL (EVERY BELIEVER) to protect us if we all prayed all at once to rid the world of evil, then wouldn't he feel the urge to intervene and protect us?

I can come up with 1,000 different questions about Christainity and receive a variety of different, contrasting, and opposing answers from Christians on each of the 1,000 questions. So far, I have asked a few hundred, and this has proven to be true. Considering the 100% accuracy rate, I will safely assume the pattern will remain consistent.

With all of these answers, some as opposite as yes/no, how can I possibly tell which ones are correct and which ones are false?
Are you not all hearing from the same God?

Before you start with the bit about seeing if the answer goes along with what the bible says, please assume that all questions that can be answered with scripture-based information are done so equally.

So if you are all hearing from the same God, why is he giving opposing answers?

If some of you are hearing from God and others are mistaken, how do I know who is right and who is wrong?

Why does Yung Jeezy say that he's going to Heck when he dies? Just cuz he sins don't mean he still can't have faith that he's going to Heaven or ask to be saved. We all sin.

As the number of Atheists increases and the members of their population that are ANTI-religious become more outspoken will you find it tougher to support Atheist causes (put your support behind Atheism as an anti-Christian Power movement)?

As the population of Christians world wide continues to decrease will you fight less and less amongst yourselves over denominational differences?

Currently the population of Christians world wide continues to decrease; this is despite a large percentage of denominational factions being against birth control (a leading factor in the shear numbers of Christians).
Simultaneously, Christians still continue to argue over denominational divisions.
Many Protestants and Catholics still think about the thousands (or more) of each other slaughtered in the middle ages and renaissance. Many Christians still say that Jehovah’s Witnesses, Mormons, and Seventh Day Adventists are not “true” Christians. The Pope is leading an attack against large populations of devout Christians because they are not Catholic.

Will the in-fighting ever stop? Will you let the growing number of Muslims ace you out percentage wise as you continue to fight your own?

Why should a person convert to your faith if there is no need for them to enter Heaven by being a practicing Muslim of Islam or following the Talmud and Torah as a Jew?

If Jesus did not say he was the way to achieve eternal life no Christian sect, Catholics, Mormons, Protestants etc would evangelize to anyone....Christianity does not demand for anyone to become part of any certain sect (Some do but it's not what Jesus said) The early christian was all jews and did not stop being Jews, Arabs became believers so that being said How would a person acheive eternal life if they did not start following Islam and Judaism?

And if they do not need to convert to acheive eternal life then what is the purpose of your faith?

Gods purpose was to create intelligent life with free will scattered all over the universe. During or before the creation of

planet earth and human life, one of the angels of God desires total independence from God's rule. He goes as far as to

question God's rule and that life could be better without God dictating right from wrong. He also states that he could turn all

life away from God. He is succesful in turning away the first human pair and many of the angels. God does not destroy this

angel because of the questions and doubts that have been presented by this rebel angel.

God lets time speak for itself. God also makes a plan to restore paradise which according to the bible the time is very close.

This is why the bible cannot be refuted. The bible answers all questions, like what is the purpose of life, why I'm I here, and

where am I going.

Who or where else can you get answers to these questions?

I mean, besides the grammar. Doesn't an individual have a right to believe what they believe. Nobody can really prove anything absolutely. Beyond a reasonable doubt, probably. But absolutely, no. There's always some question, some margin for error.

So i was in the car today with a friend and she was listening to a christian radio station. And then this 'infomercial' started. it was telling kids not to be mean to their parents because it was a sin. and then it said 'so, you think that god wont care about one little sin? your wrong. God will become infuriated with you and you will be sent to hell. So, do you decide where you want to spend eternity now.'

i was just wondering, is it a good idea to scare people into behaving, and following christianity?

So I've read some answers to similar questions here, but none have given a satisfactory answer.

God created Jesus, then the Angels, and then man. Jesus and the Angels reside in Heaven, that is their place. Jehovah created the Earth and the things in it as a place for man to reside. If we are supposed to end up in Heaven in the end anyway, why was the Earth created? For what purpose?

Some say that it's because we need to be tested first. Well that reasoning fails because first, why don't the Angels require testing before being able to reside in Heaven? Second, man was created perfect. There would be no need for us to be tested. Unfortunately, Adam sinned which caused human imperfection.

As I stated earlier, the Earth was created for man to reside upon. That is Jehovah's purpose for creating it. He would not abandon that purpose for the Earth just as he didn't abandon man when they sinned.

If so how do you explain the Myth of Horus and the fact that it directly parallels the ideas about Jesus including Virgin birth and ressurection. Did you know that there are over 15 stories that parallel that of Jesus but were written before his time? Did you know that the idea of the Virgin and the Sun(son) {of} God, Dec 25th , Easter et cetera all came from astrology and the stars? If you are willing and able to think for yourself watch this movie and tell me what you think. Zeitgeistmovie.com

GOD doesn't answer your prayers? Do you pray? and if so, do you expect HIM to answer your prayers if you don't believe in HIM?

Aren't you all tired of debating this ad nauseum? I bet not a single person's opinion has been altered by the endless debates on Y! Answers.

Everyone has faith. Even those who deny God's existence cannot PROVE God's nonexistence, so their faith is in the nonexistence of God.

This is something that cannot be conclusively proven either way. That's why faith is required. As a Christian, I believe in the existence of God, and in the deity of Jesus Christ. However, I can't prove either of those. Nor can you, if you disagree with my claims, PROVE the opposite is true.

Shall we move on to subjects where the discussion can be more fruitful?
