Isaiah 66:1-This is what Jehovah has said: “The heavens are my throne, and the earth is my footstool. Where, then, is the house that YOU people can build for me, and where, then, is the place as a resting-place for me?” This place of his feet should be holy. It will be treated as such when his will is fully done on earth as well as in heaven. (Matthew 6:9-10) The garden of Eden in which God put the first man and woman was a sanctuary, a sacred, holy place, because God visited it and conversed with man. However, the introduction of sin and rebellion into the garden of Eden by Satan and the first humans desecrated that holy place. Jehovah God will soon cleanse this earth of all sin and rebellion so that it will once again be a fitting footstool for the most high God. It will be what he purposed when he created it. (Revelation 21:3-5)

Nothings gonna happen to the earth, theres nothing wrong with the earth, only the wicked people in the earth will be done away with the Earth will be here forever....
Ecclesiates 1:4 "a generation comes and goes but the Earth abides FOREVER."
Psalms 37:29 " The righteous shall inherit the land, and dwell therein FOREVER.
Also Isaiah 65:17 speaks of creation of a new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered not come into mind.
2 Peter 3:13 " Nevertheless we, according to his promise (Jesus) look for a new heavens and a New Earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
meaning the bad, the wicked, the wrong, will be gone which would mean a new earth under righteous rule, THE KINGDOM OF GOD AND THE RULERS OF HEAVEN..

Somewhere in the back of my mind, I often ponder this question. I want to give you a plain answer, not necessarily a religious one, but what I believe all humans should aspire to....
The Heaven mankind has heard about may actually exist, somewhere in a realm beyond our comprehension.
The purpose of our being is to try and do our best so that we may one day achieve passage to that promised Heaven.
While on earth, there are many battles...battles between good and evil (in all it's forms), battles between right and wrong, battles between angel(s) and the Devil.
The hope is that all that is good succeeds, and that one day, earth will actually resemble Heaven.
I know, I know...when that day arrives, then there will be no purpose for living (if everything is Heavenly).
That day will never arrive. As long as there is mankind, there will be conflicts...sometimes big wars, sometimes skirmishes....this is the nature of mankind and this cannot be stopped, unfortunately.
All the foregoing is my own interpretation.
Some religious people may see the point, and agree. Many will disagree.
Religion is not at peace with it's many different groups, so I guess my interpretation may have some meaning.

When He created earth, you need to remember that Adam and Eve were immortal, no death, no need to leave earth to go to heaven. Adam and Eve sinned, and they became mortal, which started the whole, rat race. We do need to be tested, though He may have created us perfect, there's a lot of us who succumb to temptation and evil, who do not belong in heaven. It's the price we pay for free will. It's your choice.
At the time of the final wrath, the earth will be made new again, and the survivors of the tribulation will reside on this earth for 1,000 years without the interference of evil.

According to me it was GOD who create the earth and everything inside it not Jehovah. And he create heaven and earth. And i can't understand it also, that why did he create heaven and earth if we or some of us go to heaven when we die. And i mean why didn't he stop Adam and Eve when they eat the apple. Because GOD knows everything even if it didn't happen yet. Maybe it was a test, because, if GOD did send Adam and Eve straight to heaven then they might maybe do the same thing. Then were are whe have to go then? Earth. Remember GOD is perfect and he want perfect people in heaven. Even if we do mistakes on earth. That's why JESUS died for our sins and stand up on the 7 day to prove to us there is life after death.

--Jah's purpose for mankind was made clear in the Garden, and he has never changed it!
--That is to live forever as many of our sis. & bros. have quoted as proof texts.
--I also love this one:
(Isaiah 45:18) “. . .For this is what Jehovah has said, the Creator of the heavens, He the [true] God, the Former of the earth and the Maker of it, He the One who firmly established it, who did not create it simply for nothing, who formed it even to be inhabited: “I am Jehovah, and there is no one else. . .”
--INTERESTINGLY THE WORD EARTH as mankinds home etc. appears some 1,200 times in the Bible!
--WHERE AS the word HEAVEN, --as God's abidding place & as a home for angels, the cosmos--appears about 300 times!
--With very few of those references referring to some humans going to "heaven"

Well, you pose an interesting question. One that deserves adequate consideration. The Bible teaches that only a comparatively small number of humans have been bought from the earth to reside in heaven and they have a very specific purpose to serve there. The rest of mankind ARE to reside on the earth, which as you said, is their rightful place.
First, let us consider what the Bible says about those few who are bought from the earth for a heavenly purpose...
(Revelation 5:9-10) “9Â And they sing a new song, saying: “You are worthy to take the scroll and open its seals, because you were slaughtered and with your blood you bought persons for God out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation, 10Â and you made them to be a kingdom and priests to our God, and they are to rule as kings over the earth.””
(Revelation 14:3) “. . .And they are singing as if a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders; and no one was able to master that song but the hundred and forty-four thousand, who have been bought from the earth.”
(Revelation 20:4) “. . .And I saw thrones, and there were those who sat down on them, and power of judging was given them. Yes, I saw the souls of those executed with the ax for the witness they bore to Jesus and for speaking about God, and those who had worshiped neither the wild beast nor its image and who had not received the mark upon their forehead and upon their hand. And they came to life and ruled as kings with the Christ for a thousand years.. . .”
So it seems that those 144,000 will judge, and be rule as kings and priests with Jesus...they will rule over those on the earth...
(Psalm 72:8) “. . .And he will have subjects from sea to sea And from the River to the ends of the earth.”
Now here is a little about who those subjects will be on earth...
(Psalm 37:9-11,29) “. . .For evildoers themselves will be cut off, But those hoping in Jehovah are the ones that will possess the earth. × [Waw] 10 And just a little while longer, and the wicked one will be no more; And you will certainly give attention to his place, and he will not be. 11 But the meek ones themselves will possess the earth, And they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace.”
29 The righteous themselves will possess the earth,
And they will reside forever upon it.
Matthew 5:5: "“Happy are the mild-tempered ones, since they will inherit the earth."
So the thought that heaven is the reward for most humans is not a true Bible teaching. Yes, everlasting life is the reward, but for the majority that life will be lived on earth, the proper dwelling place for humans...
(John 17:3) “. . .This means everlasting life, their taking in knowledge of you, the only true God, and of the one whom you sent forth, Jesus Christ.. . .”
The answers to your question are found with a diligent study of the Bible. The preconceived notions that most people of the world have is just not true.

We know that God created the Heavens and the Earth. But we have very little information regarding God's motive...ie, why did He create?
Personally the answer to that question is not relevant to me right now; and it is certainly not a deal-breaker to my faith. On the contrary, part of faith is accepting we do not have all the answers.
If we posit to have all the answers, we are full of pride and would really have no need for faith.
But it is a very good question. I can see where an unbeliever may struggle with this.

Hell, is on Earth. That's why so many bad things happen here. Heaven is said to be the reward for living your life right but it's really death. Once you've died you no longer have to deal with the problems and demands of existing. All of your worries are over. That's heaven and hell in a nut shell. I've heard about the light and the ascent into the white fluffy clouds from people who have been at deaths door but it wasn't their time and they were sent back to continue living. I believe in the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, and in Angels. But, one peoples belief isn't necessarily THE belief. Different people have different entities and a culture in particular is more apt to worship truly than the culture that changed things to suit their needs. There's food for thought.

that is what I keep saying. why did Jehovah put us back on earth, to grow old, get sick and die just to go back to heaven. if Adam and Eve did not sin, we would never had to die. people keep saying that Jesus Christ is Jehovah God. he never said that. yes he said you seen me you seen the Father, Jesus was the first creation and he was with Jehovah from the beginning. the king james bible also reads that only 144,000 will go to heaven and the meek shall live on earth forever, on a paradise earth that Adam and Eve lost.
