Now becasue I do talk a lot I was kicked out of the course of talking too much. I was asking a lot of questions that night becasue I wanted to learn. The next day I had this pastor from that church knock on my front door telling me not to go back as he said I was disrupting the class. I was just asking a lot of questions and I was new to christianity and was happy. But htey kicked me out. Then I went to finish to course at my mothers church and they kicked me out for swearing. Not out of anger but in conversation. I was so new to the faith I was still in my bad habbits of swearing. I still do now but have cut back on over half. What do you think of this chrisitans? Do you thikn they were hypocrites?

The wedding at Cana where Jesus performed His first recorded miracle, i.e. the making of wine from water, was reported in the gospel of John only. This is in John 2:1-12.

Mary, the mother of Jesus, Jesus Himself and His disciples were present. Why was the mother of Jesus present? Was she a guest or related to the person wed? Why was she concerned that there was no more wine? If you were a guest, would you do what she did?

Why is this wedding recorded in John only? Is it because the author of the gospel of John knew the event first hand?

Why can't God lie or sin?

God can do whatever he wants....I mean who is going to question him? If God wants to rob some lady and have sex with her in the alley in China town, then kills her....who is to say "God...you did bad!"?

No one that's who. God can lie if He wants, He can steal if He wants, murder, cheat, fornicate...no one can challenge Him. I mean look what happened the last time that happened(talking about Lucifer being thrown from Heaven incase you didn't know).

God can lie and sin, but He chooses not to so He can set a good example for us. agree/disagree?

Well in Islam we know who Gabriel is and what place he does have in our Muslims harts, we know him very well.

However he does have anther name!!! The other name is (soled power).

And why do we have him in our hart like that? because he delivered to the prophet of all humanity Muhammad peace is upon him, the beast book that could come to earth from the highest source.

And I want to know if in Judaism and Christianity are they the same as Islam in this manner witch is how does he look like as a body wais? and what did he do to each one of them?

I will tell you what I know about him:
Imagine
If he stands in front of you!!!!!!!!!!! he will cover the sun light from you because all angels are high like from earth to the sky, and he does have 600 wings and each wing cover the sun light to earth. would that be the same as you are? peace to all of you that are a good Christine and good Jewish. and so much love to all Muslims

I know it's something of a joke, but there seem to be some people for whom this a genuine argument rather than a cue to toss back alcoholic beverages.

Could someone who holds this view please explain it?

and in the church, how did you (I am assuming you did) get over it? I am assuming too that possibly for a time that you ceased fellowship.

How did you forgive, forget and move on? I am just unable to forgot or forgive the religous bastards who screwed me, all in the name of Jesus, all the way from the average church goer to the senior pastor.

So I would dearly like to know someones success story of how they overcame the offence of other Christians. And I mean, genuinely overcome, not clenched teeth and growling, brooding and simmering underneath a veneer of respectability.

~*Christians how do you feel about all of the people who were tried convicted and put to death for witch craft and were innocent? Like Rebecca Nurse?

How does your god justify this?
Why did he not come to their aid?

Like his predecessor, Governor Perry is a devout Christian, highlighting one key factor in Texas' enthusiasm for the death penalty that many outsiders find puzzling -- the support it gets from conservative evangelical churches.

This is in line with their emphasis on individuals taking responsibility for their own salvation, and they also find justification in scripture.

"A lot of evangelical Protestants not only believe that capital punishment is permissible but that it is demanded by God. And they see sanction for that in the Old Testament especially," said Matthew Wilson, a political scientist at Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
