As you might have seen, I posted this question a few hours before.

I got alot of answers like this:
"Anyone can do anything. I can deny the existence of God."

or "Yeah. So what?"

This surely helped me alot further.

This time give your reason or argument with your answer please.

A few arguments that don't count:

- There are alot of contradictions in the bible.
I admit, after reading them I should say that there are mistakes in the bible. But none of them proves God fake.

- "There's no solid scientific proof that god exists. It's all faith and beliefs and if you don't have faith, you can deny the existance of god."
Not true, if there is no proof of his existence, then there isn't any proof of his nonexistence either.

It's hard for me to say (as christian), but I don't agree with the super-praising christian's (even though I respect them) and atheists neither. We all should believe in the truth. That's for you to tell me.

And lastly, apologise for my bad english (probably).

If children go to heaven no matter what Religion then christianity is doing a favor killing muslims children?

66% percent of soldiers are christians (in Iraq) if less of 13 years go to heaven then it just a favor they are doing? because after 13 years they will go to hell? isn´t it

i am at the point where i am looking for a new denomination of church to go too. i would go to the r catholic one but i am wondering about the confessions to the priest. i know they are bound to never speak of it to anyone but what i am wondering is two things . one do you as tell the priest everthing you can remember that you have done or thought about that you think is a sin or do you hold back and not tell all . i am not asking you to tell me your confession just how indepth the confessions are. i mean telling the priest about sex acts i dont know that i could handle that. the next part is that i am 100% postive that God is full aware of my confessions i make to him with out me ever seeing a priest . is that your thinking or what.

What would you think of a person who thought that "lusting after a pretty girl" was as bad as murdering a baby? Would you think a person with that kind of morality was insane? Evil? Would you admire them? What would you honestly think of them.

Even the innocent animals, who were not lucky enough to get onto the ark, were murdered.
How could any decent human being worship such a god?
Is anyone silly enough to dismiss this as being caused,somehow, by man, or the work of some silly devil?---Both of whom were "created" by their god. ---So the buck stops with him.

usually try to convert people to their faith. I have never in my life been asked or tried to be converted by a Muslim ( which I lived with a Muslim family for two weeks and my best friend is Muslim) or Jew or Hindu or Sikh etc. Why can't they be more accepting of others faith?

Only "proof" we have Jesus even existed is from a book called the New Testament, which was written several hundreds years after Jesus was supposedly alive. Come on! I could sit down right now rewriting American history based on what I have been told and put in bunches of stuff with what I want people to believe! That's all the Bible is!

I'm more than a little disappointed at people on Yahoo. When i have given them honest answers which are of TRUTH. JESUS CHRIST IS THE TRUTH. But time and again among a dozen answers which often rebuke TRUTH and deny THE LORD and venemously disregard good answers of GOD. There often may be a few good answers with Scriptual support for their statements. And moral arguements which are TRUE. But repeatedly as if to mock THE LORD they pick the stupidest answer. Is there faith left in the world? I do realize it is a sign of the last of days. But then they say CHRISTians are stupid. And yet they who do not enter in, will not suffer those who do to enter in.

Still i cannot understand in knowing the wickedness of the devil, they would prefer to follow the devil. Or is it just a small group of satan worshippers posing as athiests and pagans who are trying to ruin this forum?

I am trying to come up with a good activity or craft for the Sunbeams. The Lesson is "I Love My Brothers and Sisters" but all the ideas they give might make the single children left out. So I am trying to find one that doesnt exclude them but goes with lesson.

The fruits of sola scriptura has been division. There are now many denominations (see below) and more than one is too many. They have serious differences in fundamental issues

Division is against the Bible:
• Jn. 10:16 - there shall be one flock and one shepherd
• Jn. 17:20-21 - I pray ... for those who will believe in me ... that they may all be one
• 1 Cor. 1:10 - I urge that there be no divisions among you
• 1 Cor. 14:33 - he is not the God of disorder

So, "sola scriptura" must be a false doctrine

instead of creating a person (his son) and killing him? that seems kind of cowardly and not a real sacrifice, especially considering that jesus went to heaven and is currently hanging out with his dear old dad.

No one explained yesterday how you can take some inorganic elements, add some energy and time, and poof, end up with life. Know why no one gave an answer?.............it can't be done. There's a missing ingredient, information. Without information, you can't get life. And the information has to come from an intelligence.

If someone can explain the emergence of life, and leave God out of the equation, I would like to hear it. And please put it into your own words, without cut and pasting half a book or saying to go to www.blahblahblah.com

Do you believe that it's okay for your god to murder or steal because he's a god and you're not, and that no matter what actions your god engages in, you're going to listen to it and do "as it says" not "as it does?"

Are there any other leaders you find this acceptable in? Do you vote?

How is a god like that worth worshipping? Why bother?


[Please note, this is inspired by a person who said her god was above all moral law. This concept, coupled with the axis mundi/ Kingdom of earth as it is in heaven concept terrifies me. Divine right of kings, anyone?]
