Christianity automatically becomes the answer by default? How would the disproving of evolution make christianity any less bogus?

I was always curious as to why evolution gave us hair and eyebrows. Some say it was in response to the elements or the climate. How come different textures and colors then? How come evolution gave women a figure unlike men? It has no physical consequence, except cosmetic. was that important to the survival of the species?

Murder is wrong
Lieing is wrong
Stealing is wrong
Adultery is wrong
Slandering somebody is wrong..
If you believe all of these things are wrong, who told you they were?
If you are married and your spouse decided they would not mind if you had a extra marital affair would you do it? NO because you have been taught and believe it to be wrong.

So that in mind, people who believe the Holy Bible for over 2000 years have a belief system that can't be changed..

That is why things have to end because people will never change a belief system and a higher power will have to intervene..One GOD creator of everything..
Does that make sense to you?

I've hit so many dead ends with this religion. It's more like applying for a job than a church. I was denied baptism because I was on parole. When I got off parole I was told couldn't get baptized because I was Bipolar and not accountable for my sins. I have been laughed at by the Mission President for trying to join the church due to the fact that I went to prison for trying to kill my mom. I ended up in the mental hospital twice in one year since I tried joining this church. A month ago I swallowed 60 pills. I really need to be delivered because this isn't Healthy for me. Please pray HARD for my deliverence from this religion.

Have you ever thought that you may have never been a Christian at all. It is hard thing to understand the cross over. To get born again must be even harder. The only way to do it is through godly sorrow, repents, and trust in Jesus.

Okay this is for chirstians who go to church. I mean the stated beliefs of your church like baptism, who can be saved, gays, what is sin and so on. And which church beliefs do you have trouble with. Mine is predestination.

Dismayed by the horrors of war which is bring ruin to peoples & nations, we plea to your loving Heart as our last hope. O God with tears we invoke Thee to end this fearful scourge. We humbly implore for peace . Thy Sacred Heart was shed over the world divine charity so that discord might end & love alone might reign among men. While on earth You had tender compassion for men: today with peoples burning hate, with bloodshed & slaughter. Once again we call to Your Thy Heart . Pity the countless mothers in anguish for the faith of their sons & daughters; pity the numberless families now bereaved of their fathers & mothers: Pity the whole world over which broods such havoc & disaster. Help world leaders to end this war so Peace can pervail . Bring all those serving home safe. Thank You Heavenly Father

The reason I ask this, is because I read answers/responses way too often that suggest (imply) that "all Christians do is judge" ---->

Did you ever stop to think they mighten be judging at all, but instead are discerning certain actions/comments/attitudes are of Satan?

There is a difference.
10 points to the Atheists who can truthfully explain to me the difference of these two terms (and here's the catch:) Without being insulting towards Christianity!

I think it biols down to the fact that I know my thoughts aren't any more important than anyone else's. I'm not claiming any authority to base it on. That keeps my ego in check when it comes to opinions.

Free thinkers can't force our beliefs on anyone because we each have our own beliefs and we recognize that no one person's opinion is superior.

Or something you experience.

Or is it a combination of all of it? Most of what we know is what we have been taught by family, by the educational system and what we are told by other's.. What we experience is putting into effect what we have learned..

For instance we don't eat with our fingers or chew with our mouth open because we were taught that isn't good manners
so the experience we have by practicing good manners is why we continue to do it.

Isn't that the same with the Bible? If we put into effect what we are taught in the Bible then we have experienced that teaching and because it works for people who beleive it id why people
continue to seek out GOD's word and teachings..

Would it be fair to say Atheists have NEVER experienced GOD in thier lives?

Many people suffer from being stuck with mistakes they have made and they can't let go out of fear and pride or they can't forgive themselves for something. That seems like hell to me. Hypothetically, the Devil would lose power if no one believed in him because they wouldn't be afraid of him, right?

No abusive language, please! I am not trying to piss anybody off and I'm not trying to preach. I am looking to discuss this with open-minded people. Open-minded people change their minds about things all the time! That's what it means to be open-minded. Who knows?!

What did God do during that eternity before he created everything? If God was all that existed back then, what disturbed the eternal equilibrium and compelled him to create? Was he bored? Was he lonely? God is supposed to be perfect. If something is perfect, it is complete--it needs nothing else. We humans engage in activities because we are pursuing that elusive perfection, because there is disequilibrium caused by a difference between what we are and what we want to be. If God is perfect, there can be no disequilibrium. There is nothing he needs, nothing he desires, and nothing he must or will do. A God who is perfect does nothing except exist. A perfect creator God is impossible.

Agree or disagree? Why?
