What did He take that didn't belong to Him?
Where did you suppose life came from?
If you believe He destroyed the world through the flood, you must believe it was his world to begin with.
Actually one of the saddest passages in the Bible is Genesis 6:5-6:

" The LORD saw how great man's wickedness on the earth had become, and that every inclination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil all the time. The LORD was grieved that he had made man on the earth, and his heart was filled with pain."

How sad that what started out in the Garden of Eden had come to this.

Sin is a terrible thing.
I hope you find the cure.

No Sarah. The Commandment, "Thou shalt not kill" is often misunderstood because the proper translation is "Thou shalt not murder. You are an intelligent person. You know the difference between killing and out right murder. If you read Genesis chapters 6-10 you will notice how evil the world was. Every thought and imagination of mans heart was evil, there was mass Caos in the world and something had to be done about it. These people were not murdered. Scripture teaches us that Jesus went and preached to these anti-deluvians( before flood) after His death and they had a chance for salvation. Sarah, God is very, very, just.

From different point of views, him flooding the "world" can mean many things.

From a scientific standpoint:
most of the bible was written by people living in the middle east. There are some finds that do speak of a flood- the Black sea. The Bible could have only witnessed the flooding of the Black (lake at that time) by the Mediterranean Sea, destroying many port towns and such- but only in that area that will become the Black sea. So most of the people in the world survived.

From a literal interpretation of the bible:
Noah and his family basically became the new Adam and Eve. they were chosen by God to continue man's lineage

God is just and his justice was founded on the lawless deeds of the ones on the earth.
Remember what the world was like back then. The angels had come down from heaven to forsake their spiritual positions to take the daughters of men..all that they wanted. They had offspring called Nephilim and these hybrid angels..were fellers...they were mean killers. They ruled the earth and all the angels that had come down were changing everyone to stop following Gods laws.
Noah listened to God. He and his family spent 40 years preaching to the men of that day.....they ridiculed Noah and his family and wouldn't listen.

Now this was only a few generations from Adam and Eve so most people had known of Jehovah.
But when God looked down on mankind he had regretted that he even made man. He was going to have to start over once again.
He made the canopy of water fall from the heavens to deluge the earth.
8 people were saved.
God was right to do it.

So you agree there IS a God. That's a start.

Now let me ask you something. You're the creator. You make something ... anything ... a clay pot ... an origami elephant ... a human ... whatever. 'Cept you're not pleased with it. It's not living up to your high standards. Would you have th right to destroy it ans start over again?

I know this is a stretch. My point is God, as the Creator, can do whatever He wants and we have no say. Complain if you will, but your complaint has no foundation. God judged these people to be wicked sinners and He had every right to do so.

God gave them 120 years to enter the ark so that they could be saved and they refused the offer. The people were wicked -They were killing, fornicating and everything else that was immoral.

God told Noah to tell them about the flood and Noah did but the people laughed and mocked Noah.

So God did not just allow the floo to happen. He gave them 120 YEARS to repent and be saved

you're watching issues from the point of view of a less than perfect human advent. Jehovah God is the ideal ruler of the entire universe.we can not start to have the comparable point of expertise as He does. on the different hand,Jehovah allowed some fifty years for Noah and his family contributors to construct this ark.and by the construction of it,the Bible additionally tells us that Noah became a preacher(2Peter2:5).So those ungodly women and adult males human beings had lots of time to repent and be saved alongside with Noah and his family contributors.you're able to endure in techniques that this became an extremely violent and depraved time. The Nephelim had crammed the earth and their influenze had unfold to all factors.issues have been that undesirable that Jehovah "felt regrets that he had made guy in the earth"(Gen.6:6).Jehovah felt sense sorry approximately that adult males had taken a incorrect direction and that each and every inclination of their techniques became in basic terms undesirable. in basic terms as depraved adult males previous to the Flood could make Jehovah sense sense sorry approximately,so the abominable deeds now performed before Armageddon make adult males of good will sigh and cry. Jehovah takes no exhilaration in the dying of the depraved,so he felt sense sorry approximately whilst he observed the go with of executing them and it extra grief to him to him to could carry on the Flood.yet Jehovah did no longer sense sorry approximately having made the earth and purposing it to be inhabited. So in basic terms because of the fact the days of Noah, there's a international huge preaching paintings happening. And in his due time Jehovah will as quickly as returned carry appropriate to the destruction of all wickedness.yet this time we've the coverage that this could be the final time.devil and his demons would be destroyed and the earth would be crammed with righteous, obedient mankind prepared to serve the only actual God,Jehovah

God is the one who gave life. He is the only one with the right to determine when its taken away. He can't murder people because He holds the keys over life and death.

Not only that, He has already given the life of His Only Begotten Son in the Flesh to give everyone, including those who died during the flood, their life back through the resurrection. I think its more than fair to let the one who has already given of Himself so greatly so we could become immortal the power to determine when our mortal life is over. It just doesnt seem right othwise after He has paid such a price for us. He paid for our bodies. He has the right to do as He pleases with them.

The story is only symbolic. The flood represented a deluge of man's sinful mortal thoughts. The ark represented man thinking spiritually and rising above the decadent ways of the time.

Noah got right to work when God told him to build the huge boat. Other people must have been warned about the coming disaster but apparently they did not expect it to happen. Today things haven't changed much. each day thousands of people are warned of God's inevitable judgment, yet most of them don't really believe it will happen. Those who dont believe in God will deny his judgment and try to get you to deny God as well. But remember God's promise to Noah to keep him safe. This can inspire you to trust God for deliverance in the judgment that is sure to come . Read the Bible and ask God to reveal the truth to you.
