The music world discriminates against Christian music because the Christian music can not grab the target audience that the music world goes for. The age group it targets is 12-30. They buy the bulk of the mainstream music. That music is sex-driven so it sells easily. People do not want to hear Christain music because it does not appeal to them or make them "feel good" like other mainstream, sex-driven songs do.

At an expensive awards ceremony to celebrate Faith + 1's success, their record label present them with a myrrh album. This means Kyle hasn't lost the bet; Christian record companies only hand out gold, frankincense, and myrrh records, so Cartman can never have a platinum album (but can "go double myrrh"). His frustration gets the myrrh album destroyed and leads him to scream "GOD...DAMN IT!!" as well as "**** Jesus", making the fans scream and flee. Butters then says, "Eric, I'm pretty sure you shouldn't say the 'F' word about Jesus." Token becomes mad because Cartman has driven the crowd away. Cartman doesn't care and calls Token a "black asshole". Driven to the breaking point, Token beats Cartman up and walks away. The boys feel that Cartman got what he deserved and leave. As Cartman is on the ground in pain, Butters hesitates, then farts in his face, gives him the finger and says "**** you, Eric!" before he leaves Cartman all alone.

Why use the word ''discriminate''...if its bad, then its just bad...normal mainstream music gets judged by critics so if christian music wanna enter the mainstream, then it shd accept criticism based on the quality of its music.
There is maybe one song that i like..
Music has no language or religion...It is its sound that appeals to people.

It is bad, but seemed to work for Christian Rock posers such as Creed, or Eric Cartman and Faith+1 in the episode "Christian Rock Hard".

nicely we could be real looking....it truly is the reaction that the band is hoping for. in basic terms like Elvis, KISS, Marilyn Manson, the only thank you to be a sensation to realize out previous the norm, and for some acts, they think of the greater effective they get out of bounds the bigger or swifter success they are going to be. and that i for one, am no longer so naive as to think of that music lyrics, books, movies, television and the different concepts medium have actually no effect on us as who we are or what we grow to be. until a newborn is a pacesetter, then they're followers of somebody. So whilst I opt to no longer forged aspersions like the article does, i'm one to take care as to what impacts embody my infants. wish that enables.

The Lard created a human mind out of space lint and fluffin dust to produce all sorts of sounds, and the ability to write the music down so that future generations can enjoy as well.

Well, the rock is bad, but since it's regurgitation of 30 year old regurgitated music that's to be expected. With US pop music black and white being so stagant, a little originality would go a long way for christian musicians.
Regardless, here is some great christian music you no doubt missed:

It's not all bad. Some of it is pretty decent. I like Kutless, and Building 429 and Pierce, to name a couple. The guys who are in Pierce are REALLY nice and intelligent.
On the other hand, some of it is horrible.

It's really bad. If I listened to a Christian Rock album for a few hours I would commit suicide! Ozzy and Judas Priest will have to take a backseat.
