That because they believe in their god they are better than others.
That this section is answers is for Christians and Agnostics and Atheists need to find somewhere else to go?
That telling someone that is not Christian that they are going to hell bothers them?

How come they always bother me in the store to go to their church and I tell them I am not interested (trying to be polite) they give me a dirty look when I tell them I am not Christian and since I will not go to their church, they are going to pray for me? HELLO NOT CHRISTIAN

I thought "Christians" are supposed to be accepting and not judgmental?

I mean lets "pretend it's not true, all bunk.
then we don't miss out on anything!
(but I 100% believe it's true)

we live happy peaceful lifes, loving our spouses and being faithful to them.

We treat our brothers and sisters with Love while were alive.

We have hope for eternity, so at least we don't fear death.

We have someone to cast all our cares upon. (save a fourtune not having to go to shrinks)

list just go's on and on...to me it's a win win situation,

Why should Jesus be 'white' in white churches and black in African churches? Don't people want to live with the truth? Wouldn't a dark-skinned Jesus on the cross in white churches in America help open the minds of people to other races? Why do white Christians need a white Jesus?

Dont you think humans had to evolve their brains in order to have the intelligence we have today? Humans became intelligent through trial and error, not "poof" your smart now. Isnt the intelligent design theory humancentric and twists historys facts into what Dogmas prefer to hear?

Why do you people who don't believe in God get on here and put down God's people? Don't you realize that in the end, it is you who will suffer for what you say! He will not let His people be harmed by evil talk, or by you people blasphemying His children. You should be ashamed and just stop being so curious about God if you don't want to hear it!

My 9 year old has been taught some very old fashioned values by a fly by night wanna be jew. everything he sees in normal everyday life he picks out its flaws aand refuses to accept answers given for it. now i dont dislike the jews just this one, she has soiled this kids mind and im going crazy trying to unprogram this robot

Why did God plan for his son to HAVE to be killed as a blood sacrifice atonement for original sin? Why did God put "original sin" into his plan at all?

I mean... was that REALLY the only way it had to go down? REALLY?? Did God HAVE to write Adam & Eve's failure into the playbook and then require his son to suffer and die for it?

The church was once the sole source of 'charity' to the starving slaves of Europe, but it was also trhe government. Now it opposes all forms of government charity (aid to the needy), claiming that it makes them lazy. Why is this? Government aids many more needy people than the church ever did.

Although I am an atheist, please do not try to twist this into something offensive. Furthermore, I am not looking for convincing, only opinions on what gives individual theists their faith, as surely everyone has some specific reason. If you don't have a specific reason mention that as well.

Please, don't be afraid to be completely honest. This isn't to build ammo or anything. I am doing research for a series of non-threatening (and hopefully interesting) articles and videos for my blog.
