That is so backward thinking.... do you realize that we are helping kill innocent people because some 1400 year old book told you that Israel is for Jewish people when there was not even an Israel on the map...

Palestine always did and still does belong to God, whether you call Him God, G-d, Allah, or JWVH.

He has loaned it to different people at different times in history.

Can't we learn to share - most kids learn that in kindergarten.

Or are we still screaming, "MINE!" like 2-year olds?

Well, before you start quoting history, know your facts.
The Torah, the first five books have been verified historically as being over 3300 years old. Moses wrote the Torah between (1450 - 1410 B.C.). So do the math. Israel has been on the map since the Exodus from Egypt 1400 BC or so. Israel was given to the 12 sons of Jacob/Israel. Read for yourself. Very interesting.

It is a Jewish State for many reasons almost none of which have anything to do with the bible. Pick up a history book and do a little research. The only Innocent people being killed are Israelis and any time the Arabs would like peace it is sitting there waiting for them as it has been since 1948.

FYI Torah is much older then 1400 years. Secondly, your holy book of Koran is derived from our Torah. Thirdly even your Koran mentions that Israel belongs to the Jews. Fourthly, read the history of your own people and you will see that Babylonians took Jews as slaves out of Israel and then allowed them to return and look at the history of the Roman and Greek Empires and you will see that Israel has belonged to the Jews. Lastly, look at the historical evidence that archaeologists Muslim, Jews and Christians find in the grounds of Israel.
Don't let your mullahs to brainwash you. Learn the history of the Middle East on your own and not what the Mullah has told you or what I have told you.

Besides the historical prove that G-d gave Israel to the Jews, but even your Koran affirms this. It is written in:

Mohammed in Sura 5:21 quotes Moses telling the Jews to "enter into the holy land which Allah has assigned to you". While Mohammed later criticizes the Jews for their sins and their refusal to accept Mohammed's message, he never says that, as punishment, Allah has revoked their title to the land. Hence the title still stands, and Muslim anti-Zionists are apostates.

case could even be made that Israel's victory over the Arabs in the 1948 war was a judgement by Allah against the Arabs for their apostasy in opposing the Jews. This would be their just reward for transgressing Sura 2:190, which says, "Fight in the way of Allah against those who fight against you, but begin not hostilities."

Moreover, Sura 60:9 forbids aiding the enemies of the Muslim people.
Contrast this with the Palestinians' continued support of Saddam Hussein, whose hands are red with the blood of Iranian, Kurdish, and Kuwaiti Muslims.

The Jews' return from 19 centuries of exile is actually the fulfillment of
Islamic prophecy. Sura 17:104 says that "when the promise of the Hereafter comes to pass, We [Allah] shall bring you as a crowd gathered out of various nations".

Sura 17:4 says, "And We [Allah] gave (clear) warning to the children of
Israel in the Book, that twice would they do mischief on the earth and be
elated with mighty arrogance (and twice would they be punished)!" The
succeeding verses tell us that the punishment referred to was banishment from the land. But "twice" means twice, not three times; hence the Jews, having been banished from the land once by the Babylonians and a second time by Rome, will never again be banished from the land. According to the Koran, Israel is an eternal nation.

-The Palestinians deny that there ever was a Jewish Temple in Jerusalem. But Sura 17:7 records the destruction of the First Temple by Babylon and the Second Temple by Rome, and Mohammed never contests the Bible's claim that the Temples were in Jerusalem.

So, as a true Muslim does it not mean that you have to follow the way of Allah and Muhammed? So, support the only democracy in the Middle East or are you an appostle to your faith?

God promised Abraham that the land was given to his descendents as a PERPETUAL gift. Although God stated He would drive them out of the land as punishment for their disobedience, He promised that they would always be regathered back to it. After all, land isn't a perpetual gift if you drive the people away because they disobeyed the law. To God, a promise is a promise and He's incapable of unilaterally breaking a vow.

For this reason, the land of Israel is forever the sole property of the Jewish people. I believe with all my heart that God has begun to regather them in preparation for a huge blessing.

And FYI, the Jewish Scriptures are much, much older than 1400 years!

The UN designated a certain piece of land (Israel) to be the Jewish homeland in 1947 in response to the holocaust. The location of the land was chosen because of historical ties. The country of Israel is just as "legitimate" as any other country.

God gave Israel to the Hebrews because he had made a covenant with Abraham, and God always keeps his promises.

However, the Hebrews continually besmirched their heritage, drawing them further away from God's will and into slavery on several occasions. Eventually they always find their way back, but it just goes to show that not even God's chosen are perfect. And he didn't choose them because he had any illusions that they were.

Actually for you to be calling that area Israel should be showing you just how strong the propaganda effort in their favor has been. The area they occupy is Palestine. The Bible referred to it as Palestine or Philistine. The Romans called it Palestine and the English referred to it as the Palestinian Mandate.
Reading history will make you a skeptic.

Edit: The term Israel actually refers to the Northern Kingdom that was exterminated by the Judaeans(Jews) after the return from Babylon in about 600BC. There are no historical Israelites, their tribe was exterminated. The use of the term Israel for the modern state is another Zionist propaganda tactic.

Another thumbs down and I will start giving links to historical sites. Things like Josephus Flavius, The History of the Jewish Wars, or Hitlers correspondence with England advocating the establishment of a Jewish State in Palestine.(Strong advocate until the declaration of war in 1939 when German diplomatic ties with England were cut off) and possibly even the Balfour Declaration

First of all God is spelled ALWAYS with a capital G and you should not talk against the Bible if you want to win friends and influence people. The Bible is over 5000 years old . If you want to say that Israel was not on the map so be it BUT neither was Palestine.
