Especially if their intent is to make sure that nobody "joins that church".

Is it interesting or just sort of pathetic? Or is it just condescending for them to think that nobody else is smart enough to make up their own mind about whether or not to believe what some church is preaching?

Your thoughts?

Since almost every pokemon "Evolves" to a more sophisticated being.

Is it our roles as Creationists to boycott Pokemon™ and sue it for all it's worth?

Doesn't it make much more sense to say that evolutionism is the result of a global atheist conspiracy?

Is one an Atheist if they do not believe in the Christian God set (God, Christ and Holy Spirit)? Or does this also get cast upon those who believe in a higher spiritual power without believing in the Christian, Muslim and other religious stories?

Please don't bother with dictionary definitions...I'm looking for opinions more than what is written about the word.

My dad died a year ago and I've had a tough year with my faith. I haven't stopped believing, just had a slight relapse and been very hurt by this. I love God with all my heart and know these things happen to everyone. Just want to know what sorts of problems other Christians had with the loss of a loved one. For example: I didn't want to go to church, read bible, pray or socialize for awhile. Was mad at God for awhile. Didn't care for awhile if I did things I'd never let myself do before. Just had a feeling of apathy for awhile. I am back and feeling much like my old self, but wondering how others handled death.

I have a Bible, a Koran, the Book of Mormon, and some Jehovah's Witness literature, but no Torah.

I need them all for the Wood Chipper Challenge.

You ever notice how Christians used to protest SpongeBob squarepants, claiming it was teaching tolerance,

Star Trek fans seem to be more or less gay-friendly, accepting of their gay friends and family members.

Why aren't Christians protesting Paramount Pictures and UPN and all that?
