i want to know when the bible started to be pubilished and distributed around the word ( the year). There have been many diferent cultures stating that judgment day will come in 2012. It makes it seem like it could be true because of the amount of people through time all have given the same year, however being that the bible also states the year 2012 as judgement day i wanted to know if the others had just learned the information from that book, and passed it on, because it that is the case then it would make it alittle harder for me to beileve it is possible.

The whole idea of salvation is rubbish!

We need to be saved from our sins to avoid burning forever!
This statement alone conveys fear, not love of God.
Let's see what Christians mean.To not sin, you need to be perfect.

Who is perfect? No-one!
Is it possible to be perfect? NO!!!
Why is it impossible? God!

Since God created us being incapable of being perfect, how does it become my fault, if God designed us to fail?

This leads to the following scenario:

Humans are created incapable of perfection.
After making us fail so terribly, he creates a hell for us to burn in.
Then he sends Jesus to die for "our" sins.

This shows how much God really loves us. He is an insta-hero.
Presto! Come here, sinner, come to your killer!
I will save you, IF you apologize for not being able to help failing...

Poor sinner, strung along by God.
Destroyer God becomes hero through death threats & making you beg for your life at the hands of Jesus.

God is happy, all is well..., God feels powerful again!

I asked a question pertaining to the illogical beliefs some atheists hold. For example, I'm an atheist and I have an ungrounded fear of the number 13. Others believed in telepathy, telekinesis, etc.

that means that Atheist and non-believers want to see physical signs that God is real. But The bible says The foolish wants to see signs fron heaven, but God will not show them anything!!
