Don't you think that he'd be more concerned about who we are as people, and what we do for the good of mankind?

Or do you think it's more likely that the reason belief is such an important factor is all to do with control? If they can condemn you for questioning, then you can't question. Obedience is your only choice and therefore the church has control.

When you think about it, belief is such a stupid thing for god to care about. Especially when we live in a world with so much evidence against God. It's like me saying I won't let you into my house unless you beleive in fairies. Rejection based on a reluctance to beleive the unbelievable.

What I want to know is why do people hate Jesus so much, it is not his fault why this world is a mess and so are people. This is why he came as a son to save us from our sin, to have everlasting life in the kindgdom of heaven. So evil exsisted in the begining and it's in the holy scriptures and they are based on hard facts today. What I am getting at, Christian stands for we know we are sinners, not purfect, fall short of the glory of Christ, but we try to live right, and what is wrong with that. If you have been hurt by a Christian I apologize for that person, because God, Jesus, the holy spirit is about love, kind, understanding and forgiveness. God is not about hypocricy, lies, evil, slander, corruption, deceitfulness, hate, stereo typing, gossip. Only God can judge us...

Some people call themselve Christians, when they are the hypocrites. A true Christian shows you love. These people are talked about in the Holy Bible! God speaks, trust no man. Jesus will never let you down...

I was reading on another site about the Bahá'í faith and came upon a statement, which read: "All of humanity suffer when one commits wrong, and all benefit when one does good. The best often suffer the most for humanity's misdeeds." Can you help me understand what this means?

God is the same yesterday, today, and forever and has been since the beginning of time. I know that there is one true church that is exactly what God set up and Jesus taught when he came to earth. It only makes sense, why would God tell one church to do something and another church something else like infant baptism for example. It doesnt go along with the way God works when he said that he is the same.

Statement: If Christ did not rise from the dead then Christianity would have died with the apostles.

I have a best friend who has these abilities. She does not use them in a bad way nor does she have complete control of them. She can see people who have passed away and have not crossed over. It isn't always good. She can also sense traits and behaviors of people, and sometimes predict outcomes of certain situations with great accuracy. Our christian friends told us these abilities have demonic ties. Both her Father and grandmother have these abilities as well and all are good christians. Please give me some feedback so I can better understand if this is a bad thing.

do I seem like a fluffy Bunny to you? (If you dont know what that means Please Do not take Bunny literally)

The term "fluffy bunny" is used within Neopaganism as a partially humorous label for the tendency for paganism to be viewed in a New Age "sweetness and light" manner. Adherents to Wicca and other aspects of paganism who tend to look primarily upon the positive aspects of the faith, while downplaying the more serious, traditional aspect, are often dubbed "fluffy bunnies" in a manner similar to usage of the term fanboy.

The term "fluffy bunny" is also used in a light-hearted manner by pagans who criticize and mock the tendency towards being too "serious" in the pagan community. Self-deprecating humor, they note, is a way of letting off steam.
