the best way that i think it is for asking someone out is taking them some flowers i can tell by your pic ypur a man. tell her that you like her and that you want to know her feelings and if you guys can be toghetr if she wants to be your girl. well good luck

Old trick I learned. Ask them about themselves. Ask them if they like to go somewhere you want to take them. If they say yeah, ask them to go with you.
