Even its only a very small group of muslims who make the problems, will you then say the world will be a better place if there was no muslims at all ????
Do you think it will be nessasary in the future to move them all back to there own countries, to solve many problems, even it mean that it will hit also the good muslims ?

I have noticed that there are times when the users are mostly Atheists and they ask questions highlighting faults and errors in the Christian faith, and there are times of the day when the users are mostly Christians and Jews and they start making baseless claims against islam.

Have you noticed too?

I'v heard it thrown around a lot, "spiritual atheist". Someone will say Budhists, etc.

I contend I am an Atheist who subscribes to Agnostocism but I keep that on the down low the militant atheists might kick me out of the secret atheists' meetings.

In the past, I have heard Muslims say that every word of the Koran is true. Now that I have seen many inconsistencies and many words of violence and war, Muslims now say those are "taken out of context" or were relevant only during the time they were written. What is the prevalent view? (or is there one?)

in order to live to be a more useful person, we have to harm others through competition, in order to live, we have to kill lots of lives in the world.
then we believe in god so that these activities are all rationalized since we can often omit the dark side.
what do you think?

The brain scan that can read people's intentions
Friday February 9, 2007
http://www.guardian.co.uk/frontpage/story/0,,2009229,00.html

A team of world-leading neuroscientists has developed a powerful technique that allows them to look deep inside a person's brain and read their intentions before they act.

The team used high-resolution brain scans to identify patterns of activity before translating them into meaningful thoughts, revealing what a person planned to do in the near future. It is the first time scientists have succeeded in reading intentions in this way.

The use of brain scanners to judge whether people are likely to commit crimes is a contentious issue that society should tackle now, according to Prof Haynes. "We see the danger that this might become compulsory one day, but we have to be aware that if we prohibit it, we are also denying people who aren't going to commit any crime the possibility of proving their innocence."

about Atheists being in the R&S category. I submit that there is a difference between spirit and faith, hence this category is said to be R&S. If it was only for religion, it would have been so named. And why are Christians the only ones who have a beef with us being here? Why can't other religious people complain like them? Does their complaints mirror the nature of Christianity - intolerance and heaven and hell damnation?
