if they won the jackpot, would they be able to redeem it? and would they get their right to stay in the uk if they wish to?

no they wouldn't because in UK in the country, British pound is very hard to get like...u can not find Â£1 on the ground and u'll have to be a legal immigrant therefore u can get away with in dough.
