What I think is nice, others might be offended by. I don't say things to be mean, I do to make people think. There is a difference

I always thought that was reasonable advice. But it was never meant to cover situations where telling the truth trumped refusing to speak out, even when what you had to say was going to be unflattering to another person. The measure of whether to say, or not to say, should always be which of the two accomplished the greater good, or addressed the greater wrong. In the latter case, of course, I don't believe you ever address a wrong by keeping quiet about it.

Yes but sadly the internet teaches us that we can say stupid things with no comeback. Give a fool a keyboard and somewhere he can excrete verbal feces from his fingertips, and he will do so. Should we be surprised that when there are programs that make writing a web page so simple an idiot can do it, that an idiot WILL do it ?
To quote Terrance ***** (from one of his Doctor Who novels); "All writing should be done by hand carving granite with a pin."
It would probably stop morons from writing irrelevancies. Oh yeah, in case it wasn't apparent, I agree with you.

Hey atheist are Gods of there own they decide whats wrong and whats not.Us christians know what is right and wrong in Gods eyes so we speak life not death.

yes i have, but i've also taught my girls to never lie...so in essence if they say something that's not nice but it's true, then i've done my job.
