As a new comer in this so called spiritual or ancient things called prayer, I always wondered what is prayer. More over we call our selves more educated and have more logical powers, and these things confuses us more and does not allow us to accept any thing that easily.
Recently I was reading a book that clarified the doubts about the prayer. The prayer is nothing but suggestion we are giving to our own mind. We have two minds one is consious and other is subconsious. The consious mind is logical mind and is always argue or compare and so on whereelse the subconsious mind acts as slave, it accept the orders/things as it is. When the consious mind tells/decides something then the subconcious mind take it as an order and makes the things happened like that.
So when we pray with our 100%, without any other odd fillings or without any doubts, the subconcious mind take it as an order and works to get the prayer as reality.
Its not any miracle. It is the so called science of our body.
So to expereince the power of prayer we must fulfill the basic requirements, they are
1-The prayer should be clear (without any if and buts)
2-The prayer should not be of ones own personal interest but it should be for the entire society's interest.
3-There should be 100% faith in the prayer, without any doubts
4-Repeat the prayer as many time as possible
5- and see the result.......................
I always wanted to know about the science behind the prayer, and this is what I have learnt so far.
I will be obliged, if some one inform me more about this, and also show me any mistake that I am making in this regards.
Regards

Its simple ,
Prayers never goes unanswered, but we must think that Almighty loves us much dear, he never wants us to get in to trouble ,
To be more brief , lets assume a family, where the house is managed by the head of the family a father or the mother or another elder person .He will certainly never ever allow his kith and kin to go for an trouble , he will carefull manage and anaylise it and than ifs its fesible he will grant it and ask to go ahead,on the otherhand if he sees any thing that will harm his kith and kin he will never promote it untill its cleared by him .
like wise Lord Almighty sees that isit in the favour of his child or not , if its in favour he well bless him immedately, or if its not then he will wait for the right time to come and he will do it certainly.

Sometimes, some prayers are kept to be answered later or for the after life as a reward..to add to your good deeds
plus them not being answered could be a test from God..
Life is an ongoing test..

God will always give us one of three answers: yes, no, or wait. We, as the human race, so badly wanted everything instantly, that we believe that if it wasn't answered the way we want it (which often times it isn't), then it hasn't been answered at all. But we do not have the overhead view of all things, and we do not see everything that did or didn't happen. God ALWAYS answers our prayer, but it just isn't always the answer we expect, and sometimes not the one we want.

There is nothing called such as a queue system. God answers your prayer whenever it is appropriate or wants to make you strong to be able to deal things by your own in the prevailing circumstances. Hes is Generous no doubt, but as the saying goes in the 'Baha'i Faith', He says, "Ask not of Me that which We desire not for thee.." . This answers your question.

Some are not answered because it's not God's will. Some are not because they are selfish prayers. Some aren't because they are not asked in the name of Jesus.
Jesus said," If two or more "believers" ask in his name, it will be given."

According to most of the proselytizing Christians, "God answers all prayers, but sometimes God's answer is no." Its their way of answering the question without really answering it.
