Exodus 20:13 “Thou shalt not kill”. Strangely enough this is a commandment despite all the punishments that require death in the New Testament and the Old Testament. How can thou not kill when thou is commanded to kill at the same time? This hypocrisy should be pointed out if the ten commandments are posted in schools, court rooms and buildings of legislation. The confusion of this commandment would surely bring capitol punishment into question.

7th. Commandment, Exodus 20:14 “Thou shalt not commit adultery”. Old Testament punishment - Leviticus 20:10 “And the man that committeth adultery with another man’s wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall be put to death”.

Matthew says(27:46):
"Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying,Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?(that is to say)my god my god why hast(have, old english) thou forsaken me?
We believe that Jesus wanted to die on the Cross for the redemption of mankind and for the forgiveness of their sins check Matthew 27:11-14-. If so, then why he cry out while on the cross and says Matthew (27:46) no sane person can believe this, now we can say Jews warped the gospel and the bible as they want, after Matthew, Luke, John and Mark write it as Jesus want.Holy qur'an(V.4:156,157) : "And because of their saying ,"We killed Jesus son of Mary, but they kill him not, nor crucified him, but it appeared so to them [God made an miracle and make the traitor looks like Jesus and they killed him] ,and those who differ therein are full of doubts. They have no (certain) knowledge, they follow nothing Jesus son of Mary but God raised him up (with his body and soul) unto himself. and God is ever all-powerful all-wise"

If the Truth of the Bible (or the Qu'ran, or whatever) is as perfect as adherents to that truth would have us believe - if God IS perfectly revealed in scripture - how can anyone of normal intelligence and curiosity fail to see it? What barrier stands between them and the Truth that others see so clearly?

I know the Free Will card is all set and ready to be played here but just in case, if free will is what it's about - why have scripture at all? Why not just let us work out the truth ourselves from nothing? Truth is truth, after all.

If an athlete wins a sport's game, you can often hear them publicly thanking Jesus for the win (even thought the other team prayed equally as hard).

Do you think this is inappropriate?

Some would say that a God would be too busy governing the Universe to care if one team happened to score more points than another team.

If you do think God cares who wins, where does it stop?

Does he help tennis players win matches too?

What about people who play checkers or chess?

Let's say that I'm playing chess with someone right now and I win.

Should I thank Jesus for winning?

I think alot of Christians would say that's going to far and God does not really care about sports. He has other, much more important things to focus on.

Do you agree?

I asked 2 questions the first was about who made the ark and I included the following verses
Deuteronomy 10:1-3
At that time the LORD said unto me [Moses], Hew thee two tables of stone like unto the first, and come up unto me into the mount, and make thee an ark of wood. ... And I made an ark of shittim wood....

Exodus 37:1
And Bezaleel made the ark of shittim wood

I got no answers, while I asked the 2nd which was the same question but without the bible verses and the answers were many and varied.
So I beleive I have proof that christians do not know what they are talking about. I also know that you will report this which is more proof that the truth hurts.

will go to hell, have you ever considered that you could be wrong? I, myself am a Christian but have total respect for everyones beliefs or lack there of. I believe in God & Jesus with all my heart but what if we're wrong? How would you feel if the Muslims or Jewish or atheists were right? I pray to God they're not but don't you think that for those of you who think it's the Christian way or no way you should try & respect opinions of others?

I live in the "Land of Glusqap (Alt. Glooscap, Gluskab)". I've heard some of the stories, and seen some of the sights. Places like Antigonish and Miramichi, places the deity was said to walk, I've known from childhood. But I'm interested in learning more about his life and his teachings. The local Miqmaq either don't know, or won't say. I had a book of Miqmaq stories printed almost a hundred years ago, but I.... lost it...... It had a lot of his stories inside.

Can someone point me to a website or recommend a book with more info on him?

You hear your child talking in his room; you go in and ask him who he is talking to. He says “it’s Jack”, you ask him who's Jack.
He says “Jack is my buddy”.
You ask him where Jack is
He says “Jack is over there”, points to a chair, the chair is empty.
You realise that your child believes he has an invisible companion
What do you do.?

If you really believed a 'sin is a sin' than on what moral basis do you put some crimes ahead of others and why would you do that?

Are the court systems to go along with this reasoning as well that all crime is 'the same in God's eyes', why not if it's true?

why not give a child killer the same punishment as someone who is a dishonest business man? Surely the all wise knowing God can't see the difference, so why should we?

If there is no real 'victim' in sight, why do you yell up and down about homosexuality more than you do people who get drunk?

God can't see the difference, right? so why do you care?

God sees all "sin" the same and God sees a Hitler SS man who killed thousands of children the same as he sees a man who cheated on his taxes really insults an all wise, all powerful creator, it makes God out to be small, childish, without a sense of ethics, without any wisdom.
But then now I'm not describing God, I'm just describing some of those who follow him.

"And one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, and perceiving that he had answered them well, asked him,'Which is the first commandment of all?' And Jesus answered him :'The first of all the commandment is; hear O israel, the Lord thy God is one Lord :and thou shalt love the Lord, thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the firs commandment"

Actualy I have reed mostly God's books Holy Gospel, Holy Bible and Holy Qur'an and tried to study all of them and found things make me crazy.

Note : this question include sentences and holy verses from Holy Gospel, Holy Bible and Holy Qur'an.

In Matthew 14:23

" And when he had sent the multitudes away, he went up into a mountain apart to pray......"

and I think or certain Matthew talking about Jesus.

I say if Jesus is God or a part of God or Son of god then why he pray? In fact, prayer is always from a submitting, needy and dependent on for the Mercy of almighty God.
And finally I got crazy err I have reed this verse in Holy qur'an

"O mankind! it is you who stand in need of god but god is rich of all wants and needs, Worthy of all praise"(V.35:15).

and

"There is none in the heavens and the earth but comes unto the most gracious god as a slave" (V.19.93)

Please explain to me
